Inside of the hotel was nice and very welcomingPosted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: I love the free breakfast. The game room for the kids to play.
Cons: Check the mattresses for comfort. Check the mattress on every pulled out couch.
The pulled out couch bed was nasty. We had to get a new mattress. The mattress on one bed was to soft. Besides that everything was good.

wonderful stay for the pricePosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were very impressed with the hotel and all that it had to offer. We would definitely stay there again if we visited Memphis again.

I chose the hotel partially because of indoor pool...but was unable to swim in it because of the uncleanliness in that area. The pool seemed to have a film over it that resembled a swamp. I was very disappointed and not planning to go there again!

The hotel needs to be updated. It was OK. Nothing more than that. Breakfast line was very long. It took almost 30 minutes to get an omelet.

1st stay at an Embassy SuitePosted Jul 16, 2013
Pros: Felt like home & the breakfast was awesome. I also loved the decor along with the ponds filled with koi & ducks.
Very nice room & plenty of space in through out the entire suite. I would have given the cleanliness @ least 4 had it not been for the boogers that were left on the wall from a previous customer.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, there was a problem with the cleaning staff. When we went to swim the pool.was closed. The game room was really hot, and took most of our quarters. Out of seven machines only two of them worked. My little one was very upset. The breakfast wasn't very good. On a good note, the front desk was very warm and inviting. We loved our room, very clean and comfortable.

Great hotel and services for the price!Posted Jul 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great stay but small pool and faulty equipment in game room. Expect to wait a while for the manager's reception and if you want a speciality breakfast there will be a line. Had an issue with the water temperature and it was fixed very quickly! Wonderful experience!
Very nice hotelPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel itself was lovely and the staff very professional. Eating breakfast with the ducks was an added bonus. The only downfall was a very large group (family reunion maybe) was staying at the hotel and they were loud and obnoxious, taking over the pool and lobby areas, yelling, etc. This was not the hotel staff's fault, but it was really dissapointing to not even be able to use the pool during our stay. It was literally a mob scene. But again the hotel and staff was very nice and the hotel was in a nice location for shopping, etc.
