“3 Day Trip to Memphis”

This was a good location for a three night stay in Memphis to see the sights. Very nice / quiet hotel with a nice hot breakfast buffet and friendly staff. A Target store and several restaurants nearby. Located on the fringe of a very nice neighborhood and office complexes. A very safe location. Were able to easily get to downtown to visit Beale Street, casinos in Mississippi, Graceland and several other fun sights.

“Wonderful Hotel”

Wow, what a great experience. This hotel is just great, very clean and comfortable. The lobby/atrium is so relaxing. There is a waterfall and creek running through the lobby with ducks and fish. The breakfast is not your typical contiental breakfast. There was a made to order station for omlets, eggs, pancakes, french toast, etc. It was a great breakfast. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The best part was the location. It was in a very safe area that was easy to get into and out of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a relaxing experience.

“The Quality and Thoughtfulness of this hotel was Amazing”

We recently stayed in three different hotels in the south. With two adults and three kids it can be tight quaters and kind of uncomfortable. This was the only hotel that was thoughtful enough to provide a 5th pillow(all rooms were double bed, so the other hotels only had 4 pillows, two per bed, even though they knew we had five guests) and also extra bedding. The cooked to order breakfast was so wonderful. We were all happy/satisfied and full for hours. The other hotels only had the basic cold/pantry type sugar and carb filled items so everyone was hungry again an hour later. The hotel is impeccably kept up with lush foilage, a waterfall, huge koi fish and some ducks as well. It is beautiful. If I am ever in the Memphis area again I will not even concider staying anywhere else. I may even visit Memphis again specifically because I'm so excited at the prospect of being a guest again at this exceptional hotel.

“wish we could have stayed longer”

Our vacation was unexpectedly cut short due to a family emergency. All of our travel plans needed to be revised and new reservations to a new destination were needed ASAP. Embassy Suites staff went above and beyond to assist us when we really needed the help. Service has always been exceptional. Prior to the crisis, we were having a very good time there. Embassy Suites is a very nice place to stay when you have the time to enjoy your hotel.

“Most amazing staff possible!”

This hotel went above and beyond our greatest expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we had anything we could ask for. Breakfast was great, saving us a ton of money, and filling everyone up before a day of adventure. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Pool and spa were a great way to unwind and let the kids work off some of their energy. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Nice hotel in the suburbs of Memphis. We were traveling cross-country with small children and needed a reasonably nice place to stay with an indoor pool. The free breakfast was a great bonus.

we had the room and privacy we were looking for. close to the airport.driving distance from the casinos. wonderful breakfast. staff pleasent and attentive. relaxing attmosphere,loved the ducks. we felt safe . I loved the elavater, where I could see out , I didn`t feel trapped. We highly prefer Embassy Suites when available .

This hotel was awesome! My room was exceptionally clean and quite comfortable. Lots of space to relax and/or work. Very upscale. Restaurant and gift shop on site. I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone I know.

Nice, clean rooms. Beautiful extended lobby, with waterfalls, fish ponds, and ducks. Warm breakfast, served to order.
