Filthy hotel

This hotel was out dated filthy with a bad smell like urine. I wouldn't suggest that anyone stay there.

Hotel close to mall-(convenience)

Pros: nothing except it was close to mall
Room had not been cleaned or vacuumed. Hair on bathroom floor, food on tables The staff tried to move us and the other room was worse-the curtains had huge red stains all over them so we went back to our old room.

Room was dirty , towels were yellow and the smell was bad. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Bad experience

First, I was given a room that was already occupied. I made that discovery when I opened the door and the occupant screamed. My second room had dirty sheets. So, I left and I'm waiting in my refund.

Excellent value...huge rooms even had a kitchenette, full fridge, living room area.. bed room area... a small but roomy suite....In Wolfchase galleria Mall ... Right behind Joe's Crab Shack... Hey for the double digit price per night you will love it... I will be staying here many more times on my jaunts to Memphis....

RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Cons: TEAR IT DOWN AND PUT UP A HYATT!
ARRIVED... HOTEL FRONT WAS NICE... LOBBY WAS NICE ... BUT WHEN THE ELEVATOR DOORS OPENED TO OUR FLOOR... WE WERE DISGUSTED!!... DIRT GRIME ON THE WALLS,, TRASH ON THE FLOOR... TEMP WAS 90 DEGREES ACCORDING TO THE THERMOSTAT...CARPET WAS STAINED WITH A RED SUBSTANCE.. AND DIRT AND GRIME... OUR ROOM WAS THE SAME... REPAIRED HOLES THAT WERE PLASTERED OVER BUY NEVER SANDED OR PAINTED.. TEARS IN THE CARPET... STAINS IN THE SHOWER ALONG WITH MOLD... WHEN WE PULLED BACK THE SHEETS... THERE WAS HAIR IN THE BED....THIS IS ONLY A SMALL PORTION OF WHAT WAS WRONG !!! WE DID NOT STAY!!

Reservation cancelled by hotel

Will never book a reservation to stay at any Extended Stay again! Two days before we were to leave for vacation we were advised that, although we booked our reservation over a month in advance & paid in full at that time for our reservation, we would not have a reservation when we arrived. They over booked & chose not to honor our reservation.
