Nice and comfortable hotelPosted Mar 12, 2014
Pros: I liked the color scheme and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The water smelled funny coming from the sink, but overall, everything else was pleasing.
Location: It is on a busy street, but there are a lot of restaurants close by and a movie theater.
It was a nice hotel in a good area. It was my second time staying at a Four Points. The hotel clerks were very friendly and helpful. I like the setup in the lobby, and the breakfast was simple, but delicious. I would stay here again.

Had hoped for more from a Four PointsPosted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: The lobby area seemed very modern
Location: The River Oaks restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel was excellent. Pricy, but the food was very good!
The front desk staff were nice and helpful, but the rooms were run-down and the bathroom in my room had an overpowering smell of mildew. The carpet was worn, and the tub was not very clean. Maintenance in the hall required wind-machine type fans - possibly to dry the carpet? Because of my early departure for the airport I was unable to utilize the breakfast, for which I had paid for, since there was no way to opt out on Expedia.

Four Points Sheraton StayPosted Jan 16, 2014
Pros: It's location was in an area that provided access to other places of interest.
Cons: I would add a microwave to each room.
Location: I would stay at this hotel again whenever I'm in the East Memphis area. It's located across the highway from a variety of stores and restaurants.
My two night stay at the Four Points Sheraton was very nice. The rooms were very clean and neat. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it with me. Ice machines were easily accessible and there were more than enough towels and wash clothes in the room. There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave, that's the only downfall. Thank You, Lottie D.

Great price!Posted Jan 13, 2014
Cons: Maybe reduce price of breakfast. Many hotels include in price.
Location: A shopping mall across Poplar Street, but cannot walk to it. Have to drive the car, and drive a bit to access the mall. Not difficult, but confusing!
We liked the hotel. Nice comfortable rooms, nice staff. A hassle getting in/out of the property as it's between Poplar Streets and Hwy 240. Quite far from downtown Memphis, but that's Four Points strategy.

Not terrible, not greatPosted Nov 25, 2013
The hotel staff was friendly and everything was clean. The decor was dated, but everything was functional. The bed and pillows were to soft and, in my opinion, a quality night sleep is the most important part of any hotel stay. I didn't get that here, so that majorly brings down my feelings about the hotel overall.

Decent location, great hotelPosted Nov 11, 2013
Checked into this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Decent location for various Memphis sightseeing, very clean, friendly staff, and did I mention clean?! Nicely decorated, good size room with comfortable beds, good water pressure and wifi - everything I could ask for in a hotel. Absolutely would stay here again. Added plus, Starbucks nearby :)

TINY bathPosted Oct 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
May stay there again, but the MICRO bath made it difficult.
