Nice staff, small room for family.

Front desk staff both days were very attentice and friendly... they did an excellent job all around. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean. Not recommended for families of more than 3, because the rooms and bathrooms are small. Also, no vent in the bathroom.

Good location...that's about it

Pros: The lobby??
This is a disappointing Sheraton hotel. Our room was very small and the bedding had stains on it. We asked for a roll a way bed the first night, and after 3 hours passed, we finally asked the staff where it was and they had forgotten. The bathroom was the SMALLEST bathroom I've ever had at a 3 star hotel. You literally had to walk in bathroom, stand next to the toilet to be able to close the door. The door just clears the toilet to close. The tub was dingy and it just didn't seem clean. I would not stay here again, there are plenty of other hotels in close proximity.

very nice but too far from downtown.

Pros: Clean rooms and had a lounge to relax and unwind.
Cons: Free breakfast would be nice
Location: Too far from downtown
Loved Memphis, really enjoyed Beale Street. Hotel was too far from downtown. Too much driving to see the attractions that we wanted to see.

Good location to go anywhere in Memphis/Germantown

Overall it was a nice hotel with modern updates. The room itself was nice until I opened the blinds... I was starring right at the AC unit or something like it... I had specifically asked in my reservation for a room on a high floor at the end of the hall. I know they saw my request b/c I was given Rm230 at the end of the hall. Avoid this room at all costs if you plan on opening the blinds!

Ok but would not every pay full price..

Pros: comfy bed
Cons: too much light in the room. room looked a little well -worn
Location: good restaurants across the street
A little hard to get to, you have to be in the correct lane to hit the drive. Very convenient to restaurants, but you cannot walk because of traffic.. you have to get in your car and drive. Free coffee in the a.m. but continental breakfast was $7 and hot breakfast more....room was comfortable but window drapes do not pull shut so there is no way to keep the street light out of the room. Adequately clean, staff was pleasant.
