A Great Location in Memphis !
The room was comfortable and clean; it could have used additional lighting in the main room; only one light near the head of the bed. The location was PERFECT for our trip !

Ok stay for the price
The hotel was nice enough and the room pretty standard, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable...firm and could feel the springs. The shower was very narrow with the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel mounted on the side wall taking up more space in an already narrow tub. The shower curtain rod was mounted too high so the curtain didn't come down in the tub far enough, and water got all over the floor. The bathroom sink was coming out of the wall and was strangely mounted so you had to turn the handles an odd way to make them work. The sink shower pressure was also very low.

The staff checking in wasn’t very helpful, but the overnight staff —when we checked out was very nice. The tv channels wouldn’t come in for the most part and the valve in the bathroom seemed loose.

The room had a weird smell, it kind of fade it once the AC was on. There was only a couple channels available on the tv, no access to Netflix. No microwave in the rooms.

No soap, or shampoo in the rooms, when the front desk personnel were asked if they had any, they frowned as though it was burden to assist. Only a handful of channels picked up on the TV and numerous pieces of broken furniture in the room which we left staff know after checking in so as not to be charged for the damages later. The smell of marijuana throughout the hotel was ridiculous. Breakfast was the only bright spot of this stay.

Ehh...
Tile floors in my room were sticky. Fire alarm went off multiple times during one of the three nights I was there. Went off between 10 and 11:30pm waking me and other people staying there. We were told someone was smoking in the building, but next morning looks like the elevator was being worked on and the first floor hallway smelled like something had caught fire. The shower curtain was too short, causing a lot of water on the bathroom floor. On a good note the bed was comfortable.

Check in was wonderful.the room was clean. There was problems in the room. Phone didn’t work, lamp didn’t work. We told the service desk. She said she would get maintenance up there. No one came up. Couldn’t get channels on t.v. But it was clean.

This hotel was run down and dirty. It needs to be completely remodeled, including painting and carpeting. The area was not safe either. I can't believe I paid so much to stay in a Hampton Inn and this was the result.

Very close to TPC Southwind. Lots of food within a mile or so. Grocery store a block away. Plenty of other shopping as well nearby such as Walmart, Marshall's..... Easy access getting in and out

Loved the location for the golf tournament. Great breakfast! CISCO and his shuttle were phenomenal for the golf tournament and Cisco was great! If not for VANESSA at the front desk on Sunday, 8/13, we wouldn't have even made it to the tournament because she helped us access our online tickets. She was amazing! All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful.

I reserved two rooms. The floors were dirty in both. We did have to change one room because the a/c wasn't working properly and the sofa bed was dirty. A hat and change fell out of it when we opened it which let us know it had not been cleaned. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Didn’t seem that breakfast items were replaced after the big rush at 07:00. Plenty of waffle mix and eggs and meat! Danishes and bagels not replaced but over all was a good breakfast
