Good and Bad

Pros: Very clean rooms, good helpful staff, fresh bed sheets each day is a bit over the top but a nice to sleep in each night and bed very comfortable
Cons: Internet ridiculously slow (dial up would have been faster) , really should have a guest laundry
I stay here because of its proximity to the Interstate making it easy for me to get to the airport - see pros and cons below but for the future I won't stay here unless they fix the internet speed

wake up call

I was really set back when I didn't receive wake up call. I was meeting with doctors to talk to about my father who is still On life support. I was truly disappointed.

Wonderful Breakfast

Only complaint was the noise in the hallway during the night - several times - there was a group of teen agers that we saw the next morning at breakfast - hard to keep them quiet tho...we did not call desk so not their fault. Breakfast was wonderful!! Very generous on food & wonderful staff - wanting to please us.

Not bad for the price, but could be a lot better

Stayed here this past weekend for a family reunion. Hotel wasn't hard to get to. It is in a good location. Lobby was clean and nice. Upon checking in I found out that we had not been booked into a handicapped accessible room. The clerk was happy to change rooms for us. When we got up stairs we discovered that the room wasn't very accessible. Could barely get my girlfriend's wheelchair through the door. The bathroom was a bit accessible with a bench that could be out into the tub that she could sit on. With the bench there we could not get the shower curtain to close correctly so a LOT of water ended up on the floor when she showered. We also found a pair of shorts that was left by a past customer in the top drawer of the dresser. The shirts were taken away by housekeeping even when we let the front desk know about them. They were still there when we checked out. We were also told that there would a pillow top mattress for the king sized bed. There wasn't one. We were also told that there we would have pillow menu for us to choose from. There wasn't one. We found the bed skirt to be dirty. Just didn't get what we expected to get.
