Perfect Location and Excellent Service

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: I liked the location as well as the hotel service. I particularly enjoyed the 24-hour pool and hot tub access.
Location: The location is perfect. One block from Beale Street and just a 10 minute walk to the river!
We took a long weekend trip to explore the things to do in Memphis. We chose this hotel because of it's location and proximity to the things we wanted to do. This hotel is within very easy walking distance of most of the downtown Memphis attractions including the baseball field and the basketball arena. Beale Street where all the fantastic music and food can be found is located just one street away!

Nice Hotel right on Beale Street

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Location to Beale Street
Cons: Cost of Daily Car Parking is steep.
Very nice hotel. Great room & bathroom facilities. A on the amenities. The only thing i would say is that they should not put the coffee machine in the bathroom by the toilet. It is a big bathroom counter so i can see why they placed it there; however, for me I'd rather have it on Room Counter. Other than that if i am in Memphis i would definitely book here again.

Modern hotel round the corner from Beale Street.

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Location. Free coffee 24/7
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Civil rights museum a must (at least 2 hours in there) and Sun Studios tour only takes half an hour but it is entertaining
Hotel is quite modern with clean rooms. Good location for Beale St. Walking distance to Civil Rights museum and Sun Studios (both definitely worth a visit). Friendly staff

Really good location right in the heart of the action. I travelled with my husband and two 14 year old girls and we all loved this hotel, staff are very accommodation and breakfast met all our needs, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel - close to Mud Island and Beale Street

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: I liked the private balcony and the cleaness of the facility. The free hot breakfast was excellent! The staff was friendly. Free wi-fi .
Cons: The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. I would suggest extra cushioning. Also, we had an electrical problem with a couple of the lamps which we reported.
Location: Mud Island is walking distance and the shops and dining places on beale street are walking distances too. The food was great!
I would not recommend being on the 2nd floor. I stayed in room 213 and on Saturday night - all I heard was motorcycles reving up all night up to 3am Sunday morning. NO sleep that night. Other than that, the room was nice.

Hotel was nice and it is very close to museums and attraction places. But Beale street area was not what I have expected: too noisy and out-dated. I was hoping a nicer downtown.
