Fred and Yolanda's Memphis tripPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Very elegant, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The breakfast was awesome. We stayed in one of the suites and it was very comfortable.
Cons: I wouldn't suggest they do anything differently.
Location: Great location, close to shopping mall and botanical gardens, with a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. Approx. 15 minutes to downtown.(Beale St.
The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked our room online and there were no problems upon arrival. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The suite we stayed in was very nice and extremely spacious with a full kitchen. And the bed was so comfortable, which allowed for a good night sleep each night. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel stay. An easy find, right off the interstate. Shopping, restaurants, and botanical gardens all in the immediate vicinity.

Comfortable for business travelPosted Jul 14, 2014
This hotel had an excellent service oriented staff. The breakfast was very generous and well-prepared with a variety of food options. The hotel rooms and hallways were a bit run down, and the mechanical systems, such as the a/c, were noisy.

Not worth the moneyPosted Jun 24, 2014
Rooms in need of updating and repairs. Tub would not hold water. Nothing special at all. Not worth $136 a night at all. $50 maybe.

Perfect location for our stay in MemphisPosted Jun 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Really enjoyed our stay, obviously you need a car for the location but it felt safe and secure, rather than staying downtown.

We always look for a Hampton Inn and Suites wherever we go. Not the best Hampton we have stayed in, but it was okay for the short stay.

Good quality hotel for costPosted Apr 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staff were brilliant here, especially the receptionist who allowed us to check in early. the hotel is located slightly out of town, but in a lovely area, and the reception desk can provide details of all the local places to eat upon request. The Italian restaurant next door is superb and we'll worth a visit- they also do take out or delivery service if required. Gym equipment good, and always loads of towels. Breakfast was excellent, with both continental and hot options.
