“Will Book here again!”
The hotel is about a $40 cab ride from amtrak and $36 from airport and there is a plenty of car rentals near hotel. The neighbor hood was safe and quiet with plenty of food near by. Downtown is about 40 min max from hotel. Hotel was clean clean clean! The breakfast was amazing ! This was a spur of the moment train travel thing with my two boys (5 and 14 years old).
“Comfortable with good breakfast”
The hotel was very nice looking upon arrival. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. There was also a great breakfast each morning, with a little variety in each meal. Finally, the quality of the room cleaning/restocking during the day was superb and kept the room very comfortable throughout a 4 day 3 night stay. It was constantly fresh and relaxing.
“Exceeded Expectations”
Truly, we got such a good deal on this room I was not expecting much. Certainly not expecting friendly, efficient service from every employee we encountered, a clean and extremely comfortable suite and a convenient location. I will absolutely stay at this hotel every time I visit Memphis. Highly recommended!
“Memphis's Best Hotel.”
Anyone that needs to stay in Memphis suburbs would be very happy to stay at this hotel.
“Restful”
We were only at this hotel for one night, but were pleased with the location (quiet area of the city) and the comfort of the room. Hotel employees were generally helpful and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.
“Not very accommodating”
At check-in we were brusquely denied all three of our requests. We asked for a different floor-denied. We asked that the two rooms of our group be together-denied. We asked what room a later arriving member of our party would have since they were apparently pre-assigned and carved in stone-denied. No apologies, no explanations, no attempt to help-just denied.

The location was good. Close to restaurants and easy to get to. I would stay there again when in Memphis.
“Nice hotel”
Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did have trouble with our a/c unit but after calling down to the desk a maintenance person came to our room fairly quickly and was able to fix it without our having to change rooms. The breakfast has lots of items but if you are looking for real eggs or sausage you better plan to eat out. There was fresh fruit every morning. The area was not bad. We did not stroll the streets around the hotel but in driving around it is located near a hospital and some nice neighborhoods. This hotel seemed to cater to alot of business travelers as well as holding business events in the conference rooms. The area itself seems pretty safe. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and I would stay here again.
