Staff very unfriendly. I had trouble hearing the desk attendant, and she couldn’t have been more rude because I misunderstood since I couldn’t hear her. I wear a hearing aid. Slipped on water due to water from the pool on elevator floor. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

Housekeeping comes upon request. I requested housekeeping and the never came. In addition to that, when asked for extra towels they have no one on staff to bring it to you. You’re forced to come downstairs to pick them up. They also heave a major lady bug problem.

Checked in was told restaurant was open. Went up to my room to rest from driving all day. There was a few cracks in the rest room where I saw cockroaches coming from. Was a bit paranoid but didn’t see anymore afterwards. After a while I went down a few minutes before 8:00pm and wasn’t able to get food. Apparently the restaurant closed at 8:00pm and wasn’t told that at the front desk.

Spacious Parking, Customer Service Lacking
This hotel is an ABSOLUTE hidden gem for parking if you have a trailer. The rooms are clean and well put together. There is also an abundance of restaurants and things to do in the area for activities. However hotel staff could not seem less enthused they only give you answers if you ask for them. Furthermore breakfast is not included and is $12 per person. Last but not least I was pulling a horse trailer and someone opened my sliding vents to look in my trailer. I requested at the front desk for someone to check the cameras( let it be known my trailer was empty) but I did not want my trailer touched. I never heard anything back. I would probably stay here again but again customer service by employees is lacking.

The mattress in room 419 was broken. Absolutely could not sleep on it. Took pictures - it wasn't just an uncomfortable mattress, but was visibly broken.

Great experience. The check-in was easy and efficient. The gentleman at the front desk was nice. We got to our room and heard loud noises from the adjoining room. The front desk was very understanding and moved us to a different room without hesitation. The bed was very comfortable which was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel
The only issue I have was the $50.00 deposit asked for upon our stay. I don't remember seeing anything about this when booking. Also, the breakfast was expensive with limited options. I paid about the same amount just taking my family to breakfast at a restaurant. The hotel was great though, and the area was nice. Right near the Wolf base mall
