Bed nice, pretty clean and comfortable (woodwork a bit dusty, but I shorten someone's task list for about a week because I cleaned them) Down pillows were great! Breakfast options were even greater!* Didn't like the smell of room and the carpet, but wasn't too unbearable for the two day stay, plus brought Lysol. One faucet handle was broken but only fell off when you turned it a certain way. Most of all, did not like the Paid Parking, nor the paid parking arrangement! I knew there was a pay to park - but had no idea this was done by scanning a barcode or that it were to be taxed! Why?. I am of the older class and am not into doing things much with apps! Wondered why this couldn't just be a part of the check-in!

I've stayed at Hyatt Place hotels and this one definitely was not in par with what we're used to. Outdated, in need of renovation in and out..carpets all around were dingy, rooms were dark, chips on walls and furnishings, althoughno

The room I booked through Expedia at the Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Park was given to someone else, and I had place for us to stay for 6 adults at 11:30 at night after driving 16 hours. They told me Expedia shouldn't have allowed a booking, and they were full. I don't know who made the mistake, but it didn't matter--we had no place yo sleep.

Our room definitely needed some updates. Our sink handle was broken, the curtain rod was broken and our room was very humid. Additionally there were large trash bags left in the hallway instead of being taken out. The people working there however were awesome, from the folks at the front desk to the wonderful women providing the complimentary breakfast, everyone was so kind, helpful and patient.

The facility was not very clean or well-maintained. The carpet in the room was sticky and the previous guest’s soap was still in the shower. We were charged $7 a night for parking but there was no secure parking. It was just the same lot outside any hotel. After the first night there was no housekeeping. After the second night housekeeping deposited towels but did not empty the trash or make the bed. There was a $50/night “incidentals fee” charged to our card we were told would be refunded, but we will see. On the other hand the towels and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was fast and hot too, just remember to wear shower shoes, ‘cause … yuk!

Okay where do I start! We were given room 213 the room had not been vacumed LOOKED LIKE in over a year, we hoped in the shower and when done it started making this loud noise I went downstairs to let the desk know and the manager walked up offered to go take a look and no noise so we leave come back and THERE IS THE NOISE AGAIN ONLY LOUDER wait…did I tell yall that there were pizza crust in the stairway and throughout the hotel 1 in front of the door going out and 1 in front of the elevator looked like people were walking through the hotel eating pizza and just dropped the crust when they were done lol OKAY so they moved us to room 202 and it was much better other than the huge stain on the mattress of the pull out bed and the huge stain on the pillow cushion other than that 202 was good, as we’re headed back to Texas I decided to check my credit card statement and I was charged $12 for some chips, soda, and noodles PLUS $19.53 in taxes for a whopping total of $31.59 for those 3 items I GUESS MY REVIEW IS DONT HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS HOTEL YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

A great hotel for the price. Breakfast bar has a good selection and food is good. Great way to start your travel day! Great location for working in the Memphis area. Staff treat you with the upmost respect! I love this hotel and staff.

This property is average at best. I’ve stayed at better Hyatts and this wasn’t like a lot of the others. Maybe it’s a work in progress but the beds were squeaky. The tiles in the bathroom were laying on the floor. The room was spacious and only reason I stayed at this property was because it’s a Tesla charging station less than a mile away.
