Terrible don't go

The costumer service was terrible. The seats in the room had stains on it. The handle on the sink was off. The bathroom tub was dirty also they had a used shower cap hanging on the bathroom door.

Avoid at all Costs

Desk clerks were very rude, would not work with you, and bearly spoke english, very slow, took 2 people to check some one in, then they claim they are all booked up to people on the phone, yet they have 70% of the hotel was empty. The doors would open right and then wouldn't close right either. Me personally I will sleep in the street before I go back

I apologize if the desk clerk was rude to you but we were booked up during valentine weekend.and lot of people without reservation had trouble finding room in this area.We try our best to accomodate our guest.

I enjoyed my stay, overall, but the room was NOT clean. There was hair on the pillows when I got there and a pair of men's underwear next to the nightstand. I was disgusted.
