It was cool, but they need to update their mattress because they were squeaky. However, easy access to the interstate, which was a plus!

Pros: employees very nice and helpful; decent breakfast

Just OK

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Cons: The shuttle I booked at 5:30 am, was 15 minutes late.
Location: There is nothing to do in the area, no restaurants.
Hotel just ok, good for one night if you need to get to the airport early. The area is not nice, cant really walk outside, no food service in hotel as well.

It was great.

Pros: It was easy access to the interstate.
Location: Location was great. We were able to travel to Beale Street, National Civil Rights Institute and Tunica casinco in a very short time frame.
It was a wonderful experience. We met a lot of interesting people at the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast provided.

Close to the airport and other sites

Pros: Staff at desk and the shuttle driver.
Cons: The bathroom smelled like urine. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several months because the grout was yellow and smelly.
Location: Excellent location
I spent one night at your hotel in Memphis, TN. I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle. The driver was very nice and polite. The staff that checked me in was nice and helpful with an excellent personality. She assisted me in getting food and offered transportation to get something to eat. The staff member in the breakfast area kept out of sight and had to be asked for coffee. She didn't seem to care about the guest having a good start in the morning. She was not engaging and seem not to care about the guest.

Convenient to airport and free parking

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: We liked being at the back corner of the hotel on the 1st fl. and staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle was great and readily available.
Cons: Record the car make/model for each room in case a car alarm goes off which it did late in the evening.
Location: In approx. 4 miles we had dinner at Central Barbeque which is a local favorite and came recommended.
The parking was safe and the hotel room was acceptable. We were catching an early flight so this factored heavily into our selection, however, it turned out to be very easy to get around Memphis and close to everything in and out of Memphis downtown that we wanted to do. We had an overall good stay aside from the breakfast which was sub par to the other hotels on our trip.

Disappointed.

Posted Jul 16, 2014
The hotel was just a plain hotel. It wasn't bad at first but when we went to use the towels provided there were long black hairs woven in the them. I understand that hair gets stuck in the terry cloth but the hairs were very noticeable and the towels should have not been hung up for use until the hair was removed and the towels rewashed. Also, we had our very own alarm clock outside with the concrete plant right behind our room. Nowhere in the hotel details did it state that. If we had a longer stay, I would have asked to move rooms. Overall, if I were to go back to Memphis, I would not stay here again. Some people may have had a more pleasant experience but this was not the right hotel for me and my family. :(
