The furniture was old, scratched and peeling. I literally dusted the desk, night tables and bureau. Phone in the room didn’t work. Front desk could have cared less. My socks were black after the one night we stayed.

Perfect spot for a family vacation! The staff was nice and able to assist with any needs. Just wish the hot tub would have been working, BUT the pool was nice and warm and did make up for it. Clean and safe area right off the interstate.

I liked location close to mall and ikea. I disliked that hot tub was advertised but was inoperable, walls really thin could hear everything above, below and to either side and outside. Blankets were paper thin and additional bedding not available, shower was in poor condition.

Noisy! Sounded like a circus or construction going on in the room above me. Loud, continuous talking and laughing in the lobby area until past 11 pm. The smoking area must be at the hotel main entrance. Saw several people smoking at the front entrance. There are cigarette butts scattered around the property. The room itself was very nice and clean.

This was our third time staying here because they are dog friendly and are reasonably priced, but not sure we’ll be back. The grass area for the dog was covered in dog doo, the breakfast was unattended by an employee (no eggs, cereal spilled everywhere, a huge line for the one waffle machine, which was the only fully stocked warm item.) There was a cereal spill all over the elevator that sat like that on multiple elevator trips I took throughout the morning. I think the hotel staff has good intentions but the hotel was lacking this time around.

We paid for a dog friendly room. It smelled sanitized but the walls were filthy. The bathroom door had what looked like lip gloss smeared on it and some thick creamy substance. Behind the toilet was something that looked like red pizza topping or chunky sauce. It was unsettling and gross. The furniture looked terribly aged and worn but I’m guessing that was because it was a dog friendly room. There is no excuse for the filthy walls.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this is the 1st time I've ever had to go to the front desk to get a special key to get into the pool room because the room keys don't open it or to get the safety key to use the treadmills because they aren't left in the fitness room.

Traveling via an electric vehicle is challenging enough, so it would be nice if the e hotel or security could at least enforce proper parking of actual EV vehicles in those very few dedicated spaces. There was an inconsiderate vehicle owner who parked in the EV charge spot I needed. Fortunately there was enough space that I could park near the front door in the entrance area along the curb and still charge the vehicle.

Loved that it was dog friendly! Hotel was easy to find in a great location next to lots of shops and eateries. Room was clean and cozy, exactly what I needed after a 10 hour day in the car.

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. There was a family that walked in and there was a language different and she was very rude to them. The gentleman who arrived later was very friendly and willing to help. He looked at you and greeted us with a smile. We checked into the room and we lost power twice. The moved us right away and gave us a bigger room. The breakfast was …..well their breakfast needs lots of work. We stopped off at a Crackel Barrel.

Comfortable beds, clean, nice rooms. We traveled with 2 pets and it worked well & was reasonably priced. My only comment it the toilet is LOUD! It had a very powerful, loud flush. 😳
