The hotel room was all bad I really need my money back the pool didn't work and they had no breakfast like what was included in the price I hate that I even paid for this room I wish that I can get my money back they gave me the wrong room I couldn't change it this is the worst experience I ever had booking a room

Homeless in the front door, dirty, furniture are turn or broken, guests are high coming in and out the building..stinks as soon as you walk in the building.. its just terrible..

I was so humiliated. One of your night staff told me that my booking wasn't until tomorrow?! And i told him there was no way....so began to take a seat and figure out wut to-do Then i hear him tell me that i cudnt sit inside the hotel. And i needed to wait outside which it was raining....so i refused to do so. Then he calls the i police on me. They get there and i explain the issue. And ended up having to get the police to give me a ride to another hotel. Very embarrassing. And so humiliating

This hotel is not at all what was advertised on the site. No pool no breakfast. Bathtub was peeling hallways and elevator looked like it was never cleaned. Every place was said to be under renovation. Please don’t rent from here. Bad neighborhood and people weren’t friendly.

The room was adequate and roomy, but the requirement of a cash deposit in advance after paying for my room with a valid credit card is only typical in low class motels. I would have never expected this from a Wyndham property.

Upon arrival at the hotel and viewing the rooms we decided to not stay there. We left and found another hotel. It was dingy and smelly. Not a good place to stay.

This is a Wyndham property?
Lady in lobby looked like she and her child would be sleeping on the sofas. Didnt feel safe in the area. Room not clean. Handprints on the headboard. Left the hotel to go somewhere else.

this was a hotel i would not recommend to an enemy. it was filthy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but someone had ripped the smoke detector out of the ceiling and smoked in the room. This was its hotel Wyndom should have its name associated with.

OK, but missing things.
Room was fine, except that the smoke alarm was missing, just a bunch of wires hangin out of the ceiling. Property is well-worn and needs some upgrading. Room was clean and bed was fine, Website says that breakfast was included, but it was NOT. I was told the kitchen is being renovated, but seems like they could have offered muffins or donuts or something. No offer for a voucher or a room discount.

Horrible property! Can't believe it's a Wyndham. Incompetent front desk, smelly room with no AC and all doors locked preventing egress! Fire and safety hazard reported to authorities.

Roaches Fitness room was locked and clerk didn’t have key to open. Had to request tv remote. Smoke alarm had been removed. No free breakfast as advertised, kitchen was being “renovated” but no work was in progress. Toilet kept running. Bath faucet kept running. Only positive was clerks were polite.

Disgusting, dirty hotel. Both of the rooms we had did not have working electricity, or running water. The first room smelled so terribly of feeces when you walked in it was way overbaring esp. Since there was no electricity to run cold a/c it felt like a hot sticky summer day in there. mold was growing on the carpet in buge patches around the tv area. The upstairs roopm we were moved to had no lightbulbs or even any housing or wires to screw them into. The smoke alarm was wired into the where a/c goes.

Under renovation. No breakfast available but didn't tell us until after paying. Hotel service charge of $16.00. Had to put down $50.00 deposit but that was refunded at check out. Rusty water came out of tub facet when first turning on shower. Room had an odor. Bath towels were small and thin. Didn't offer a discount for breakfast not being available. In my opinion, Surrounding area doesn't look or feel safe.

Say breakfast available, but kitchen is remodeling. Breakfast not available. No tissue in the room, went down to the front desk, the most wonderful part was couldn't find anything, but gave me a box which was half-used by the front desk staff. Expedia should have refunded me, period!

My son made the reservation but i was gonna pay when i got there but they charged his card. Bathroom was not clean someone came in with one rag to attempt to clean it. People hanging out the hotel all night and no outside security. Not safe for anyone with children.

We had no hot water until morning. The window was so filthy with some sort of film on it that it seemed previous guests has written in it with their fingers. Whole hand prints on it, etc. Stain on the sheets. The entire facility felt unkept. Elevators were dirty as well. Staff were rude.

We were passing through traveling to Baltimore from Texas. We got a double bed; the second bed did not have a fitted sheet so the flat sheet was it besides the mattress cover. The telephone was a prop; it was broken and didn’t have any connection to anywhere. Towels were over used and the soap provide was not even soap. No bugs so that was a huge plus.

The hotel was under construction and it wasn’t noted. They had drained the hot tub. They didn’t serve breakfast because of construction. The water was brown in the tap and we found the towels were dirty including hair.

Disappointing
Unfortunately the hotel is under renovations and the breakfast is closed which was a requirement when selecting the hotel traveling with three kids … the hot tub didn’t work …. pool was ice cold and didn’t open until after 2 pm which was another requirement for me when selecting especially considering we were visiting zoo in July and wanted to cool off afterwards not be in shock … those things were workable but they did not have one vending machine and area of town was sketchy with many homeless people hanging around local gas stations and people outside doing drugs… not an area for a family trip to send kids to get a drink alone

Well for one had homeless people sleeping on back building. Needles laying around outside of building. Workers were nice. In our room no hot water and some of the lights didn't work. And wasn't advertised that there kitchen was down not working

Cleness limit on towels for the room sheets wasnt clean carpet is dirty and smelly. Need security and make sure you have something to block your door and make sure you have something to protect yourself. I want stay there every again.

I filtered my search by hotels with a pool, breakfast included, and free wifi; when we checked in the pool was closed, the breakfast area was being remodeled and the wifi had no signal. Maybe they should've updated the listing to reflect the actual amenities available.

The place was pretty bad. I picked it because it was associated with Wyndham but it a hot mess. The outside looked nice but it smelled on the inside. Rooms were dirty. Pillows really old and I'm pretty sure I got bug bit while I slept.

There was nothing to like. The place was filthy. No soap, hair dryer, tissues etc. Advertised breakfast but didn’t have any meal items. Since there was no refund we had to stay but won’t use facility again if I have to sleep in my car.
