Awful Customer service

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: It was a clean hotel. Nothing special.
Cons: Better customer service! Needs better staff.
Location: Maps doesn't led you directly to the hotel. Its a bit off the main street, but you are able to see it.
When we arrived we did not have any towels. That evening we asked for someone to give us a couple of towels so we could shower. A staff member never arrived with towels. In the morning, we called again for towels, and with an awful attitude, a lady arrived at our door. She shoved the towels at me and rolled her eyes. I wouldn't recommend asking staff for any favors.

Not a relaxing place

Posted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Customer service, cleanliness, noise level and food.
Location: It was by a highway and not too far from the medical district.
Upon arriving the front counter person was arguing with two teenagers and wasn't doing her job to help anyone. When I finally got help she seemed disoriented. I had to repeat my information several times. Once we go to the room the carpet was dirty, it had a funny smell and the lights weren't all working. There were plugs that didn't work and we had to find out that the light switch that didn't work actually controlled the TV power. When we called the front desk to find out that info we were told "We have a situation down here and we have to call you back. They never did but I found out they ended up calling the police on the two kids. It was not a relaxing stay at all. There was ruckus in the parking lot, noisy guest and a helicopter landing pad that had helicopters landing throughout the night. That was really disturbing. Lastly they offer a "breakfast" but it's mostly waffles that you have to make, cold cereal, fake sausage and powered eggs. Not very tasty. That was my first and last stay sorry. I can't do it.

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Location: Fed Ex forum is about 1.5 miles away as well as Beale St. Real close to the Brooks Museum as well.
Not too bad of a place. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised.

Fine for 1 night

Posted Feb 2, 2015
My husband and I needed a hotel for us and our 2 kids, ages 2 and 7 months. The hotel was nice enough, nothing fancy. It got the job done, but it's not somewhere I would have been happy to be for more than a weekend or so

Hair on floor behind bathroom door, sirens and helicopter noise throughout the night
