Great stay for a weekend trip.Posted Jul 21, 2014
We were in town for a weekend of training and the room suited our needs perfectly. I had stayed there several years ago and was pleased to find that they had renovated since my last visit. I also appreciated that the staff member who checked us in gave us a call after we has settled into our room to make sure we were satisfied.

Poor property I would avoidPosted Jul 20, 2014
We reserved this property on the internet. The room furniture and carpet were okay though none too clean. The grass was 8" long. The air conditioning unit in the room looked like WW2 surplus.

Close to Our ExitPosted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: The room was on the first floor as I am handicapped and it was very close to our exit.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room.
Location: The hotel was hard to find as there were no noticeable signs up near the main highway. We had breakfast at the Waffle House next to the hotel.
Hotel room smelled heavily of smoke. Washcloths were lacking. The smell of smoke was the worst offense. The service was good.

TOTALLY ICKY AND NASTY!!!Posted Jun 14, 2014
Cigarette smoke filled and cigarette burns ALL over both bedspreads. Incompetent and uncaring staff. Expects $100.00 cash deposit if you want a non-smoking room, otherwise guests have to take a smoking room, even if they don't smoke!. Staff seemed easily irritated and annoyed by me during both the check in and check out process. Room was muggy feeling and had mildew and mold throughout.

Just a stop overPosted May 26, 2014
Pros: Clean inside and outside. Well lit at night.
Cons: better set up for wi fi
Location: We were just passing through.
We got a bit late and our room was already cooled with AC. Found everything to be clean and inviting. Staff was helpful and courteous. Will stay there again when I am in Memphis.

AdequatePosted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: Close to family, freeway access, quiet at night.
Cons: Hope this is being considered for renovation like other RRIs.
Location: Close to freeway 40, fast food, was not there for "things to do" in Memphis but did get to visit the incredible Memphis Zoo- a must see!!
Met my needs for a affordable room for sleep & shower while visiting family in Memphis. It was quiet & accessible for food and freeway access. Room was very clean & no bed bugs!!

Get Down, Someone is Shooting!Posted Apr 5, 2014
It was late and I needed a room for 4. The other nicer spots couldn't accommodate us. I reluctantly checked in but upon seeing all of the paint peeling off the door. I quickly went to get a refund only to discover they don't give refunds! How primal! It was raining, we were tired so I begrudgingly took my 5 year old 11 year old and 85 year old grandmother up a flight of stairs to our room. To my surprise the room wasn't too shabby. However the toilet continues to run after you flush and the carpet in front of the sink was soaking wet, Yuck! That was not the highlight. The climax that sealed the deal for me was jumping up to hear 5 -7 gunshots outside our room followed a few minutes by sirens. Reserve with caution.

noise A/CPosted Mar 22, 2014
Pros: It was close to a Waffle House for food!!!
Cons: The A/C in the room was VERY noisy.
Location: We didn't go any were it was late and we were tired. When driving in we seen a Crackle Barrel along with the Waffle House. It was nice to walk to eat.
This place was easy to find. Front desk was very nice. The room was clean and in order. Glad i carry a coffee pot with me, because there was no coffee pot in room that was very disappointing.
