Great Location. Poor Maid Service.

Pros: The Location and food was great in the restaurant
Cons: They need to get more staff. More maids, waiter and waitress to be exact.
Location: The trolley service right in the hotel was so convenient. Main was a nice, cozy strip.
The Hotel was really nice, but I believe it is understaffed. The restaurant staff was really nice, but there was always a wait to be seated when coming in to dine, even when it was not busy. There was one person in the restaurant and I waited was seem like 10 minutes. It seems that waiter and waitress, where the one that seated you, served you, and stocked the table and everything else, there were only two during my three days stay over the memorial day holiday. The food was pretty good. It did not seem like the hotel was full. So it was quiet, nice and safe enough to walk around on Main street. The trolley bus stop right there so it is an excellent location. My only problem is that maid service was terrible. But again, I think they are understaffed because she looked beat! I didn't complaint because I think it was just too much work! She forgot about my room the 1st day. I left my room about 10:30 a.m. and came back at 5:30 p.m. and it was not done. No towels, or anything. Old towels still in the room, bed not made up. I went to dinner and someone did it then. The next day I came back at 3:35 p.m. and it was not done. She said that she would be in to do it in a few minutes, but it was over1 1/2 hours later. I just told her to replace the towels and that was all. This is a 3'5-4 star hotels. It really should be better than that on maild service.

I'd stay again!

Went for May BBQ competition and location was great. Not so close to Beale street chaos. Bus runs every ten minutes but it was was nice walk to everything. We had club room which was great to grab a soda, coffee or snack when we left hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel with good location

Pros: Location and service were top on our list
Location: Trolly is out there door and easy access to all of downtown Memphois
We had a very good experience there. The room was very comfortable and newly renovated Good location to the center of Memphis

Pros: Good location in down town area. Trolley Bus stops at the door. Nice room. Staff are very helpful. Would recommend to others.
Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. A modern city hotel. Met all our expectations.

Great hotel, some issues at check-in

Location: Along walk or short drive to Beale Street
The facilities, location, and price were great. We arrived early and were invited to pre-register and receive a call when our room was ready. When we returned, there was one very long line that appeared to be feeding three registration desks. (The line was in front of the center desk.) The process was taking a long time and people were hot and getting frustrated. Then we noticed some people walking straight up to the two side desks without waiting in line and they were being helped out of turn. When someone finally spoke up and complained, a desk attendant explained that one desk was just for people who were pre-registered or who had questions. But there was no visible signage to indicate that, no ropes or employees explaining the procedure. By then, that line had grown and we were nearly next in the large line so we stayed. When we finally approached a desk and said we were pre-registered (after 25 minutes waiting in line), we were told we needed to go to the desk that was exclusively for pre-registered. We refused to stand in a new line after our long wait, so the attendant made us keys. The employees were nice--maybe too nice in that they helped guests who approached them out of turn. The whole system needs to be re-evaluated. Add ropes, signs, or have someone directing people to the proper lines.

Pros: Das zuvorkommende Pesonal.
Cons: Technische Abteilung könnte mehr auf Zack sein (Badezimmer, Aufzüge).
Location: Am Mississippi in Downtown Memphis. In Memphis geht alles.
Sehr freundliches, angenehmes Personal. Die Preise an der Bar und für das Frühstück sind nicht günstig. Das Badezimmer ist technisch renovierungabedürftig. Für Musikfreunde ist die Hotellage perfekt (Trolley). Memphis ist super.

Slow check-in

The valet staff was excellent! Check-in was slow. The lines were long and they were in no hurry to check us in. At check out, no one asked how our stay was, were we comfortable; nothing. But overall it was a nice hotel.

Nice hotel and location

Pros: Great location - just a short walk to Beale Street and FedexForum.
Location: Mandatory valet parking is a bit of a pain.
Overall a pleasant stay at the Sheraton - check took a little while and had to wait a bit for the room to be ready, but otherwise it was great. The room was clean and fairly comfortable but the walls were a little thin and we could hear everything from the next room.
