Pros: Free full breakfast buffet was great, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean, beds super comfortable, kitchenette with microwave, sink, fridge
Cons: The only thing that I could think of was having the breakfast buffet open til 10:00 weekdays
Location: Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum, great farm market on Saturday, Victorian Village, all walking distance. Lots of great places to eat/drink
We arrived at our hotel at 1pm and our room was already available, which was great. Suite w/ 2 queen beds, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, plenty of room..clean..beds very comfortable..staff very friendly and accomodating. The free full breakfast buffet was fantastic, had everything you could want on it. We had a room in the back of the hotel, which overlooked the trolley system below..although it wasn't in service, was very nice to walk along it. Beautiful park with water fountain across from the trolley. Central BBQ best place to eat for BBQ..Went to Graceland and Sun City Records, both were great! And if you love martini's...Automatic Slim's has the best and largest selection, Friday's $5 martini's, and Monday's are $3.. Other must see's...Memphis Zoo and the Botanical Gardens! Plan to spend some time at each..

Nice Hotel for One or Two Night Stay

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: We liked the bedding and the amount of space.
Cons: Breakfast room is way too small for the size of the hotel. It was like a feeding frenzy in the Breakfast room.
Location: The hotel downtown, but it is still a walk to Beale Street.
This is a nice hotel. The room was large and clean. The soundproofing seemed good and we did not hear our neighbors. Bedding was good and furniture comfortable.

Great location!

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The suites are not very large.
Location: Beale street is within walking distance. The riverfront is very close. Deja Vu restaurant is a must go place for an excellent, inexspensive meal.
Great trip. Breakfast every morning at the hotel made the stay worthwhile.

Excellent location in Memhis

Posted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: The entire hotel (actually all of Memphis) had a bad smell to it. Specifically, our room never lost the dirty wet towel smell.
Location: Excellent location close to all you would want to do in Memhis.
Excellent location in Memphis downtown. Close enough to walk to Beale Street, Rock and Soul Museum, and even the National Civil Rights Museum. Hotel room was adequate...and free breakfast was great.

Great

Hotel was great no issues, the room was very large and great for us - the bathroom was also big. The hotel is close to Bourbon street and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this Hotel

Pros: The staff was courteous. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: Not stay there again.
Location: Location was in walking distance of most things we wanted to do.
Room was old and dusty. Elevator didn't work and we had to lug our luggage up the back stairs. Had to pay ridiculous price for parking overnight but had no other options. The room advertised on the website was no where whAt I thought I was booking. Overall, a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

The room needed good maintenance and was not what I booked.
