It is convenient hotel for family in the downtown Memphis. Needs to work on the parking issue as it is adding to the cost and not so convenient.

Pros: Location, good breakfast, good bed, cleaniliness
Cons: Shutle service to airport.
Walked to Beale St every night, visited Graceland and other music related places, photographic exibitions, River cruise.

Would like to have been able to change rooms with a price break but could not because of having. Booked this room through expedia. You need to be more flexible with this option!

Great hotel with amazing staff!

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so fantastic! So friendly and helpful.
Our stay at the hotel was great. On checking in, we were made to feel so welcome and provided with sooooo many tips and eating recommendations - which of course we tried and can attest to their deliciousness! The location to Beale St was awesome and was very easy to arrange transfer to Graceland.

Terrific staff, fairly close to Beale St

The staff at Springhill were exceptional, going out of their way to be kind and helpful. The hotel is a bit of walk to Beale St, but the weather was decent so it wasn't a huge deal. Along the trolley tracks are some interesting restaurants, but many of the buildings were empty. Beale St is where all the music is and some decent restaurants. The hotel was comfortable and we did not have any loud partiers on our floor. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The TV was the only issue, the picture kept fading in and out with lots of static.

Pros: Closeness to transport for the above attractions stated and a short stroll to restaurants and Beale Street.
Cons: :)
Location: Not much to do in Memphis for us, unless you are an Elvis fan and enjoy that era in music.....but then again we were only there for 1 day.
Went to Memphis to visit Sun Studio and Graceland.....definately didn't disappoint. Walked down Beale Street to enjoy the atmosphere.

Friendly staff, clean and walking distance to great restaurants and Beale St. A little disappointed that the trolley was not available but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Great location, clean hotel but price point is high for what you get. Check in was impersonal as clerk was on cell phone with friend while checking me in.
