Pros: Convenient to major sightseeing
Location: Easy walk to The Peabody and even Bealle St.
Nice hotel. Very close walk to major sites to see and if you don't feel like walking, can catch the trolley. Trolley stop right outside hotel. Very convenient. Staff could have been friendlier but I would still definitely stay again.

Great hotel close to Beale St

Pros: clean, easy to find, complimentary breakfast
Location: Beale St, Madison Ave - rental cars, 20 min walk to Gus' fried chicken - a must!
We just had the one night in Memphis and found the hotel clean, easy to find, complimentary breakfast was great and safe area to stay. Definitely recommend.

Pros: The location.
Cons: Better staffing and a more knowledgeable staff. Better signage to direct you to the right elevators and methods to find your room.
Location: Cotton Museum, Peabody Ducks.
Little help in checking in, parking, finding our room (very confusing connections between two buildings). Room and breakfast were Ok.

Pros: very comfortable
Cons: a/c unit quite noisyinroom, an actual concierge would be helpful
Location: 2 trolley stops riteoutside our door, close to the river and Beale Street and great restaurants & local bars
very helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, great area close within walking to everything

Convenient to the fun!

Pros: The breakfast was delicious and the towels were soft.
Cons: The bathroom was too small and needed another door.
Location: Close to the river, the access to Mud Island, trolley, the park, Beale street, Peabody hotel, museums.
Stepping out our door to a lovely park, the trolley, walking distance to many Memphis attractions and a lovely, kind staff. Clean and with the proper amenities. Will definitely go back.

Pros: The hotel is a good location in walking distance to almost everything. The trolly is at your door.
Cons: Shuttle service to and from the hotel to airport.
Location: Many shops and restaurants, Beale street just blocks away.
Everyone was helpful. The valet's were quick and courteous. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at the front desk until our rooms were ready.

Pros: Location
Cons: Better attitude and increased awareness of the care of the customer. Customers are the only reason they remain in business. If they don't improve .
Location: Great location. If the people were more professional and caring, and/or the AC worked, it was an appropriate value.
I have stayed at Springhill Suites in other locations many times and therefore have a level of expectation that I believe is appropriate for this chain. This location lacked that feeling of caring by certain weekend registration staff. In fact, when I called down to complain about the air conditioning, I felt the clerk was short, bordering on rude. The remaining staff were pleasant to very nice. The room air conditioning in the section of the building we were given was out. I reported it. They sent up a tech to "fix" it with a filter. He spent some time and left saying, give it some time and it should start cooling. It didn't. The night was not pleasant. The next morning I found out the hotel knew the chiller was broken for that section. They had service scheduled for Monday. We switched rooms for Monday night and they adjusted the bill a little for the inconvenience, but I remain unwilling to return to that hotel. Wouldn't you think they would have offered to move us on Sunday, since they knew the AC was broken and we complained about the heat in the room?

Loved the hotel. It was within walking distance of the FedEx Forum where we watched Luke Bryan in concert.
