“Good value for the price”

Friendly staff, however the maid service was sort of hit or miss. Easy access to Memphis buses (within 1/2 block every 1/2 hour on weekdays but almost no bus service on Sundays); Easy on/off Interstate 40; safe location; no pool!! But these budget rooms had refrigerator and microwave and good tv selection. Very affordable. I would stay there again.

“Ok for the price”

I stayed there with my aunt for 10 days. It's really "you get what you pay for". It's very simple, with a simple, but good breakfast. They only cleaned our room once a week. The rest of the days they only changed the towels. Overall it was ok. Regarding location, it's better to rent a car due to the distance to downtown and Graceland. It took about 30min to Graceland and 30 to Downtown. However, it's very near a large mall called Waldorf Galleria and other shopping areas on the same street as the mall(about 5 minute drive).

“Nice enough”

Nice enough for a night or two on business. There was currently a lot of room renovations underway, which never caused any commotion at night. Friendly staff, convenient location.

About what you would expect at this price - the hotel is kind of run down, they are too cheap to heat the hallways or common areas, but for a one or two night stay at a low cost it was about what I expected.

“Avoid this place like the plague, Do not stay here”

I asked for a non smoking room the room i got was filthy it had cigerette burns on the bed cover and on the carpet the smell of the room was awfull, the shower also was disgusting it had hairs and scum all up the side of it, the man behind the desk at the front who worked at night was rude and made racist comments about other countries, by far this is the worst place and experience i have ever had.
