I never even checked into the hotel! It was dark & i was traveling alone. It kept taking me down streets that looked abandoned & sketchy! I did not feel safe continuing to the address as a result of my surroundings. Of course, I couldn't cancel my reservation, but felt my safety was more important.

Nice breakfast buffet. Francisco was very helpful with our disability request. Bed comfy but rest of room needs additional cleaning.
Quite a maze to get there with bridge closures.
Room seemed to be updated recently. Offers wifi, but the only Wifi available when searching with a device is "Super 8", which this hotel is not. Didn't feel comfortable using it. Lots of construction going on in the area. Hot breakfast provided in mornings.
No latch lock and bolt lock extremely loose. Room smelling like smoke but visually clean. No other room options were available.

Checkn in was fast. Not a single towels in the king suite room no 507. Room phone is also not working. Had to go to front desk to request towels but was told by the front desk staff that there's no clean towels available so she offered a different room instead, which is a double room 505 instead of the king suite that we reserved. She also gave us her cell number to call since thevroom phone is not working. We went to the 2nd room but there is no towel there either. We had to go to front desk again to get towels, which she eventually took from the laundry room.
Ordered a suite room, got a standard room. Got charged for price. Decided to go somewhere else was suppose to get “refunded” the 91.95 ended up being charged double asked about it was basically told “oh well sorry for your loss” still no refund to this day.
The Tv was broken the shower was also broken. The chair flipped when set in and cause me to fall. Sent to the wrong hotel. Lady was rude about it when ask about it. There were peices of plastic from the bed with stars sticking up to be steped on. Very bad location
My car window was smashed, along with three others. This is apparently a common occurrence. With regard to the stay itself, the sheets smelled strongly of body odor and the room was dirty. Great waffles for breakfast though.
It was not downtown it was changed over from another hotel. Should not be open until everything is in working order. Elevator out for two days was on the 5th floor. I explained I had knee surgery this year. Offered to help they took two luggage and refuse to get the rest of my things down 5 flights of stairs. Frigerator went out so I could not keep my insulin cold. Had to use my own phone to call for towels instead of there phone. Wi-Fi was out my first few days. Due to construction at night time not safe.
Francesco was very nice and pleasant. The african american lady ( no disrespect intended) seem as if she had a little attitude. But was tolerable. The room was very pleasant. Comfortable beds and all. My only issue is housekeeping. Upon arrival there was no clothes in our room. The next day I went to the front desk and ask Francesco f9r towels. He said he "would have housekeeping bring them". After waiting 2.5 hours I went back down to the front desk. Another clerk was there who had just came in duty and gave me 2 bath towels. He said thats all he had and he didn't know the towel situation. Understandable. I thanked him. Left the room Saturday for the day to return to find out housekeeping never brought towels again. Sunday morning I asked the African American lady as I mentioned earlier for towels. Received the same response. Housekeeping will bring them. They never did. So we used the same towels Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Breakfast was ok but no one tended to the area. Patrons had to ask for more milk. Or if items ran out no refilled them. And there's no meat with the hot breakfast.
I know the hotel is under construction but certain things such as these can be avoided.
They forgot to actually check us into the room we were assigned to, and sent another couple up into our room at 2 am. In Memphis.. Roaches, liquid splatter still all over the walls, and sheets had hair in them when pulled back.
It was trash. From the parking lot to the room itself. Anything you can think of that would make for a bad hotel stay, this place has it. Pretty sure I saw a hooker. Need I say more.

Outlets needs replaced. Comforter needs replaced. Stains all over it.
THIS IS NOT DOWNTOWN, had a massive pee stain on the sheet, no one to change it. She just offered me a refund so that was nice. Screeching loud train every hour right out our door. So loud. We left..
