The place smelled badly. The people working there were really rude. Had to go to desk for towels. Phone didn't work. Was made to pay a 50 dollar deposit but wasnt told that in the begin. Never will stay there again.

The bed is very uncomfortable. It's basically a 2-in mattress for a metal frame you could literally feel the metal through the mattress and it was so stiff. Paid for my room had to wait 15 minutes because it wasn't clean they were in the process of cleaning it. Very hot because the AC never got turned on until after I got checked in. Oh and if you're in a wheelchair better book the ground floor because there's no elevator.

Arrived at 6am. Made me check out 4 hours later charged me full price. Rooms where very hot bathtub leaked no hot water. Might as well sleep in your truck. Don't waste a dime here.

Avoid this hotel at all cost
The hotel is outdated. The furniture was was missing the handles which prevents you from opening the desk drawer and dresser. The comforter was stained and ripped. The couch has dark stains and white stains. I removed the stained sheets and went to purchase a sheet set from Walmart. The hotel only has two floors, but no elevator, which made it difficult to get your luggage to the second floor by stairs. The hotel is not ADA friendly, my family member that is mobile by walker couldn't come to any rooms on the second floor, because of this we had to gather in the lobby/dining area to commune, and the management put the chairs on top of the tables to prevent us from sitting. Management was extremely rude and condescending. Rooms are roach invested. I looked for other hotels in the area but everything was sold out because of a convention. I booked for four days but left a day early. Very disappointed.

Non-smoking—Not!!!
How can you possibly call the room non-smoking. When we walked in we could smell it immediately and our eyes began to water. On top of that the hallway wreaked with marijuana. Very disappointed in the experience.

A moving experience
It was a good experience. Check in was very easy. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. I was moving had to get a trailer we stayed there and swam loaded the trailer came back and swim again. Cannot upload my pictures sorry I would but it's just not taking them but it was a great experience and very nice relaxing

The rooms were very muggy and smelled like mildew, their were a lot of cars were people park that were being worked on like this was a car shop. And I found some roaches crawling under the door.

Everything was good except shower handle which told them. Second morning no milk for the breakfast said they were out. Other than that I was away from the city and I felt safe there with my granddaughter

We stayed there Friday night and left at 5:30am the next day. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean but the spread had cigarette holes. The air conditioner was very noisy when it came on which made for a less than restful night for my light sleeping wife. Room was fine otherwise.

The checkin clerk was super nice but surprisingly, there was no elevator and sadly, rooms were more outdated than pictures indicated but clean, smelled nice and a/c worked great. For the price, I’d stay here again.

There was a front window/door that has been boarded up right next tot he entrance. The sheets were stained with blood or some other bodily fluid drops. I didn't sleep on the sheet but under the blanket on top of the sheet. The bed spread/covering had two dark red stains that were very obvious and could have been blood. We removed that spread completely off the bed. The bathroom floors were dirty. Dirt caked up in the corners like they floors hadn't been swept or mopped. We didn't feel like the tub was clean enough to use. The towel rack was hanging off the wall on one side like the screw had come loose and fallen out. The toilet seat was not secured. It literally moved each time we sat on it. We were asked if we wanted upstairs or down. I chose upstairs for security reasons but there was no elevator on the premises. We had to come down to the front desk for extra towels.
