“the details make the difference”

What a difference from my stay a week earlier at a different hotel chain. Clean, well maintained facilities, attentive staff and a brightly lit parking lot were just some of the reasons I enjoyed my stay here. When people care about what they do and take pride in their work you can't help but get a sense of it when you visit. I had no special requests during my stay but I was confident that if I had it would have been attended to thoroughly and cheerfully.

“Good hotel with friendly staff”

The hotel was clean and comfortable...All of the staff were friendly and accomadating...The breakfast was warm and available at times listed...We traveled to area for Memphis in May, Beale Street festival, and even though this hotel was not right in the vacinity; it was a quick 20 minute drive into town....The surrounding area had shopping and restraunts (mainly fast food---but were open really late making it conveninet post festival)...The hotel is a secured hotel, requiring occupants to swipe card for entry after hours...

The hotel was extremely clean, service was excellent, staff was knowledgeable about the area dining and shopping. Fast check-in and out service!

Very clean and quiet. Free breakfast was very good and hotel was up to date. No problems.

Even though I stay one night in this hotel, it was the best one I have stayed in a while. The friendness of the staff was a plus.

Our room was great! We had a refrigerater, microwave, and a great t.v. Breakfast was terrific, too. We had a wonderful visit!

“Memphis' Best Hotel”

This hotel was great place to stay. It was in a nice city and surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was a cafe style setting to accommodate several families. The only complaint that I had was the Internet connection was really slow! Overall, my family would stay here again if we traveled to Memphis.

I was pleased with the quality of the hotel, the staff and the area it is located. The only negative, a few rooms were being renovated, we were next to one. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM to start working, although they were not extremely load and we were already up for the day. i am sure I would have been annoyed if I was planning to sleep in. I lightly mentioned it at the front desk when checking out and she suggested if I come back to ask for a room away from any of the renovations. She apologized for the inconvenience which I assured her there was none. Great spot for 1 night or even a vacation stay.
