Pros: The friendly staff. Jetted Tub. Quiet environment.
Cons: The outside appearance
Location: Centrally located. Not too far away from downtown/the brewery for those that like to drink and not drive for a cheap taxi
Don't let the outside appearance scare you away. The room we stayed in was very nice. We didn't want to leave the Huge jetted tub.

Disapointing discovery of the truth.Posted Aug 19, 2013
Location: The hotel, paradoxically is located in a very convenient place to visit a lot of exciting and beautiful spots.
The hotel, as it is shown on your web site, simply does not exist. Located beside a heavy traffic road, with an ugly surrounding, it has nothing to do with what is it shown in the ads. The rooms are similar to the pictures, but there is no working wireless internet connection and no cell phone coverage. No breakfast available on site. The price/quality ratio is ridiculous. I paid a huge amount for a room that wasn't worth it. I felt strongly disappointed with my choice. You should delete this hotel from your web site if you want to maintain a good reputation.

Not a good experience!!Posted Aug 19, 2013
The room was not all how it appeared in the pic online. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The tub and shower were just the basic, when on the site it said the room had a jacuzzi tub!! It was stated we would have a flat screen TV and the room did not even have that!! It needs a serious update to make it more modern. I couldn't even brew coffee in the morning because there was mildew inside the brewer. YUCK!! Would not recommend and will never again stay there. I paid $198/nite for horrible service and horrible experience.

My overall impression of this inn and spa is that it was clean and the management tries hard to accommodate. The only problems I had were: when we first got there after prebooking our room online (which stated pets allowed). There was no room available to accommodate us. The manager made an accommodation for me but it cost me more money! Make sure you call the hotel before booking online to make sure you don't have the problem I did. It was also a little noisy early in the morning before 8am, but that's pretty typical these days people don't seems to think about time in relation to others needs. I guess the online systems don't allow for this type of detail from the hotels. Or I would have know there was a problem with having a pet. This is what I was told. Overall as I said they went above and beyond to accommodate. Just did not like the surprise that it was not disclosed to call first and having to pay more. It was already expensive. Old, and cheap!!!Posted Jul 11, 2013
Location: On the hi-way, close to Fort Bragg and Mendocino.
Kina creepy, really. Would never stay there again. For the same price you can get free wifi, a pool, and breakfast. Don't go!
