“The Hosts with the Most!”

Don and Dottie, the hosts, could not have been more helpful. I watched them take time with several guests recommending restaurants or sights to see in the area. They were a wealth of knowledge for the town and surrounding area. I know every guest gets their personal attention. Don even cleared people's plates when finished with bfast and refilled coffee. We will absolutely stay with them when we return to Fort Bragg. They made our stay.

Stay at Hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable.Staff was very professional. Rooms and Hotel area were very clean. Would reccomend and would stay again if in area. All around a pleasant stay.

“Small rooms but good price”

It's an older motel that was purchased last year and is being renovated by the onsite owners / managers. The rooms are small but they include microwave, refridgerator, coffeemaker, new tv, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. They also have a small continental breakfast. The owners are really nice and have good suggestions on which are the good resturants and places to go locally. I would stay there again.

“Glass Beach...Travel Lodge.”

This Travel Lodge was actually better than I expected. We were traveling on a budget so we chose this place because the price was right AND because they were able to sleep a family of 5 in one room. Keeping us in one room was a lot harder then I thought it would be, but they had no trouble with it. The people were extreamly friendly and helpful, the place was clean, the breakfast was nice, I would most deffinitely stay there again. The only negative I can say about our stay is I think they had just recently cleaned the carpets or had a leak, because the carpet seemed very damp... we did wind up going out and buying slippers so we didn't have to be bare foot on the carpet. I'm not sure a recent carpet cleaning is a neg thing though.

We had a nice quiet stay. We were in walking distance of everything.

This is a older motel in the heart of Fort Bragg. It has been redone recently and is clean and comfortable. It has the amenities in the room that made it easy for us to travel. Such as new microwave and fridge. Iron/board, coffee, blow dryer, electronic safe boxes. Don and Dottie are the managers. What lovely people. So kind and accommodating. They really helped us with our sight seeing travels. The whole staff was wonderful. Glass Beach is a wonder in itself and only a couple blocks walk from the motel. I hope to visit again real soon. Would definitely stay again.

“not the hotel but the location”

the location of the hotel was a lucky choice. there is a very good breakfast lunch restaurant right next door to the hotel....and denny's is a block away, as well. there also was a farmer's market going on the day we arrived. it is also only a few blocks walk to glass beach and a beautiful sunset view. other than that - it turns out there are plenty of available accomodations in the immediate area. so, it might be wise to shop around before making a decision.

“Good for the money.”

The hotel managers are very accomodating. The beds were comfortable, but the plumbing needs a little adjustment and the front door stuck. The manager helped us. The room was clean. The hotel is located on Main Street in the northern area of town and was very convenient. Overall - good for the money.

“Low Key Trip”

Older Hotel but clean. Right off the main road and within walking distance of Old Town.
