A Place To SleepPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Over priced for the accommodations, but safe and clean.
Cons: Its an old facility, one more remodel and I think its done.... Would be nice to have a spa and pool.
Location: Location was fine, not like you're gonna miss anything in town because of location.
Nice staff, low end clean room. Don't expect anything fancy here.

Close to town and close to beaches.Posted Jul 22, 2014
The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean .The beds could use an upgrade, they are a bit uncomfortable, but awesome price and we would stay there again.

Motorcycle friendly.Posted Jul 16, 2014
Very friendly and helpful chap on reception. Biker friendly, gives you cleaning rags without asking. Excellent brewery tap house/restaurant is just a stagger down the road, where you can wash down the food with great beers. Park outside your room. A most satisfactory stay.

Bad experiencePosted Jul 14, 2014
The room was ok, however, I had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. I was told at the front desk to call Expedia support and that they would call the hotel to process the refund. The hotel did not answer the call from Expedia. I am assuming this is because they know that they will not need to process a refund if they do not talk to Expedia. I am still waiting for a resolution. It's also worth nothing that a dead fly was found underneath one of the pillows.

FriendlyPosted Jul 7, 2014
The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, the rooms were very clean and the location was great, walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants and local pubs. The rooms are very small and the beds are just doubles, not all that comfortable for two adults but would book again.

Near Glass BeachPosted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Good location if you want to go to Glass Beach. Reasonable rates. 2 walkable blocks to the main business district. Friendly, helpful owners.
Cons: Needs to be updated - old but not charming.
Location: Near Glass Beach, business district of Ft. Bragg. Right on Hwy. 1, so easy to head north or south.
We booked a room here for a night on a recent visit. The office people were incredibly friendly and helpful. the place and the rooms are tired and badly in need of updating, but everything was clean (smelled of Lysol when we got there.)
