Location was good, near restaurants & beach

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: Location and amenities…way better than expected
Cons: continental breakfast was very good-variety of food, pastries, coffee, tea, juice, fruit
Location: Beach nearby, Skunk Train nearby, Redwoods not far away. Watched a sunset at the beach, took the beach walk, went beachcombing.
Got a free room upgrade, best staff, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice budget motel. Staff was very nice.

This motel is right on Main Street in Fort Bragg, which is also Hwy 1. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. We would stay here again.

Good value close to the beach.

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: I liked price and location.
Cons: It was a bit noisy.
Location: It's within walking distance of the beach and on the main street of town.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot made snacks and morning coffee very convenient.

Close to Glass Beach

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: The price!
Location: Glass Beach is right behind the hotel. The Noyo Headlands Park was beautiful, and the path connects to other parks further north.
We stayed two nights here. Glass Beach is a few blocks behind the hotel, which is walkable via sidewalks. The hotel looks well maintained from the outside, and the room is fine. The place was clean and the staff was always friendly. It was quiet and easy to reach.

Its a standard Travelodge

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Location: OK for restaurants. And access to the Mendocino area.
Nothing wrong with this Motel. Its a standard Travelodge and it was fine. On Friday night we were in the Napa valley and it seemed Fort Bragg was full for the Saturday night, but on Saturday morning this Travelodge came up as available and we booked it pronto.

Very outdated

Our room had a weird smell like old hotel, my children were not happy cause it was not place to hangout and them also didn't like breakfast. Even though Staff were very nice.

Reasonable price, close to the beach and town.

Unfortunately, housekeeping was somewhat lax. On the first morning we noticed that the only coffee pack was decaf. After seeing the sights, when we returned to the room, we saw that housekeeping had removed the used towels and washcloths but didn't replace them, so I had to go to the office to get some. We also noticed that the coffee packs had not been replaced, nor had the used soaps. The office personnel, however, were very pleasant and helpful.
