While we do encourage ordering this way for the speed and the course ordering experience, we do offer alternative options. For instance, we only implement the QR ordering in the garden patio as a more casual experience. For a traditional dining experience, you can always sit in the main dining room, parlor or bar area. We like to give options and are always here to help.

Jean,I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay.Unfortunately we are not in control of how our listing with Hotels.com appears on their website. We do have the microwaves listed as "upon request" and the fee. You just have to scroll down on the amenity page to find that information. I apologize for the confusion.Also, we do not list the Ocean View Traditional room as having a private balcony. We also have pictures available on Hotels.com that show this room as a shared balcony. We do our best to make sure you are fully aware of the room type and description of the room before booking. We never want our guests to have any surprises when they get here. We want you to fully enjoy your stay and for your stay to meet all expectations.
