OK close to small beach

Cons: separate room/space for breakfast
OK for brief stay, breakfast was fine for "continental" type but just 3 chairs in reception for the consumption!

OK Value, but not someplace I would stay again...

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: Relatively cheap
Cons: as mentioned above.
Location: It was a quick one night stay - it's pretty far outside of downtown Fort Bragg so you need to drive to get to anything.
This motel is ok, it's very old and the room and furnishings are very worn. The carpet is pretty stained and the shower really needs to be redone.

We were pleasantly surprised after arriving at The Pine Beach Inn after having chosen it online and never having been there in person. Only walking distance to the beach, the grounds of the Inn are spacious and have a warmth to them. The tennis courts are an added plus, and the on-site restaurant for those who don't want to drive into town for lunch or dinner. I enjoyed a fact the Inn grounds are set back off the Highway a ways and it was very quiet; no traffic noise. We plan to stay here again the next time we're in Fort Bragg.

Worst stay ever!

The place was not clean or safe! There was no air conditioning. You had to leave the back door open and the screen door was broken. The remote control to the TV was chewed up.

The hotel is old and equipment and fixtures old as well. No air conditioning But the staff was out standing. We called ahead to ask if we could drop off our bags early before the skunk train ride and were happy to help. After checking in we asked for extra pillows and they brought them quickly. Went to get drinks and the water bottle didn't come out so he gave us two. The following evening we realized that we had left three jackets in our room. We called and ask if they could check . They called back and had them, mailed them cod so they were home when we arrived. Very impressed with the entire staff

Great Location

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The continental breakfast
Location: the town of Ft Bragg is less than 5 miles away and two parks- Russian Gulch and Jughead are a mile in the other direction.
Great Location, and seemed to be very clean but worn down and although it was mostly full of guests, it was also very quiet. . It has a clean private beach, If you care about the free continental breakfast- it was very basic- bread, peanut butter jelly and banana and oranges and coffee. Although at the time all the condiments were empty., and another customer stole the bagel we put in the toaster. LOL,
