This Super 8 is a great value! It's affordably priced and always amazingly clean. When I travel from the SF Bay area to Fort Bragg for a weekend of R&R several times a year I am always happy to have a room there. It's a wonderful bonus that for a great price it includes a frig, microwave and coffee pot -- all important to this thrifty traveler!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The in-room coffee actually tasted good, and the towels were thick and soft. This hotel in an excellent value!

We planned to spend time outdoors and just needed somewhere acceptable to crash, hence a motel instead of more pricey options. We had a double queen room. It was clean and well maintained, possibly recently renovated. The location is convenient - on Main St, near a Safeway, an on-premises diner with a 10% discount to guests, next to the Noyo river bridge with an upstairs patio, luckily with an unobstructed ocean view since there's nothing across the street. I'd seen other reviews that the rooms were cold with thin mattresses so we took along an extra blanket but the A/C was more than adequate and the mattress was definitely acceptable. Options on the TV were limited but adequate - the usual compliment of news and movie channels and cartoon network for kids. Internet service was stable enough for multiple episodes of on Youtube. The couple of minor gripes - we asked for an extension on the checkout by a couple of hours but they were stingy, somewhat grudgingly agreeing to an hour. Polite but stingy. And the second, the diner closes at 9pm. It's a separate business admittedly but since they already have an understanding about driving business there through the 10% discount, why not keep it open till 11? Overall, a clean place with polite staff, recommended for families looking to spend time outdoors and just needing a place to crash at the end of the day.
