Short stay

Arrived at 10:00 pm and was told they had no rooms. Service lady found us a room on 3rd floor so we hauled all our belongings to the room only to find out it was already occupied. Went to front desk where they found anther room but it was at the other tower. Day 2 toilet backed up so we had to move to yet another room. We left and didn't stay for day 3!

Pleasant

Pros: The peaceful setting and the cleanliness. I loved the room decor. Didn't have time to go to the pool... but wanted to.
Cons: Creamer for the in-room coffee.
Location: Didn't do anything but sleep... but the green and the big trees off the balcony were beautiful!!!
The room was clean and had a nice decor... very peaceful... a good place to rest!! The woman at the Bistro was so nice and helpful.

Top-notch stay

We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the unique room lay-out, and the delicious food at the lobby-restaurant (the Bistro).

nice hotel if u want shopping at mall of America

Nice , and quiet place to stay. Only 7minutes drive from mall of America .

Nice stay at a nice place at a nice price

Pros: Convenient location, hotel staff and amenities, size of guest room, very comfortable bed, good shower pressure.
Cons: Very attractive couch in the room that was not easy or comfortable to sit on.
Location: Located near Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport and Mall of America.
We looked for a good hotel in a good location at a good price and found this option for a three-day stay. It is near the international airport and Mall of America and convenient to other parts of the Minneapolis - St. Paul metropolitan area. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful and the amenities were, too. We would definitely stay here again, especially if we got the price we paid for at Expedia.

Park stay and fly.

Had to park opposite side of hotel from room. There was no assist with bags.No restaurant or free breakfast available. High priced snack type bar available in eve. Shuttle to airport was good.

Weekend getaway

This is the third time my fiancé and I have stayed at this hotel. It's a great getaway! We usually eat dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and I have always enjoyed the food. The rooms have undergone construction since the last time stayed there, I must say, they look amazing. It was so comfortable and quiet. I will stay here probably once a month as long as I stay in Minnesota. Also special thanks to Betty who heled me check-in. The staff is terrific and they keep us coming back

Remodeling? No one mentioned that.

Pros: The staff was very tentative.
Cons: The electronic map/media board in the lobby area did not work well.
Location: It was very easy to get to Mall of America.
We stayed for three nights. We arrived Friday evening and checked out Monday morning. Friday night, we ordered a movie that stopped 3/4 of the way thru but finally continued after some coaxing. The resolution on the television was poor. The staff kindly reimbursed the price of the movie. On Saturday morning at 9:00am the sounds of carpet being laid above us and miscellaneous banging woke us up. I was not pleased. The staff made arrangements for us to be moved to a newly remodeled room away from all construction and the rest of our stay was very pleasant. The bed in the new unit was VERY comfortable.

Great for a lay over

Pros: Newly renovated and quiet location. Great for lay overs
Shuttle service was on time and friendly. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, but the upside of that was that everything was new and fresh. The location is in the business district so there are no restaurants close by, but the front desk was very helpful for delivery suggestions.
