The view from the upstairs balcony was amazing. Great to enjoy your breakfast there in the morning. The pictures of the room weren’t as accurate, as the room appeared a lot bigger but was actually quite small. All in all, we enjoyed the convenience of the stay as there were many good places to eat and great attractions to easily get to.

Great stay
For me this hotel was perfect! Its located in the heart of Mendoza near the pick up points for tours, bars, restaurants nearby and great customer service from the employees. The breakfast was included and it was very good simple but nice. From the front desk you can enter a restaurant that has great wine and the food it delicious. If I come again into Mendoza I will definitely stay again here.

We enjoyed the central position of this Hotel. Easy and safe to walk to good restaurants, shops, etc. We like walking so we went to the beautiful San Martin Park, had a fresh juice at the "Naranja-Lima" trailer, excellent!! Carrefour Supermarket is around 6 blocks away. Breakfast: good service and plentiful. Swimming pool is not in the building so we did not try it. Room: Number 46 (or 406) was large and very comfortable with good Air Conditioner.

Hotel was in an excellent area-close to restaurants, entertainment and services. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the traffic noise was awful. I was on second floor. I don’t know if it is better higher up.

Nice clean hotel close to very good restaurants. The staff in the reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay and improvised trips to different other cities got way easier with their help. Would definately stay there again if I am in Mendoza.

An old Hotel...which has and is currently being renovated...being run on a shoestring, in the meantime. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is basic. The location is excellent...right in the middle of the tourist section. A number of very good restaurants, within 100m. Bus stop out front and tram to Lopez Bodega, also within 100m.

Hotel was in a fantastic location and the breakfast was wonderful. There were issues with our booking, however, and despite many promises, they weren't solved over our four night stay. The rooms were comfortable enough, but the walls are thin and the hallways are quite noisy. The shower is also a bit unruly, meaning that the floor was soaked after any shower, which could be a bit unsafe for some. Still, for the value, you can't beat the location.

The pictures don't show the reality of the hotel. It's an old structure very run down. The air conditioning doesnt work in some rooms, and there is no personnel to fix it. The safe deposit box didn't work either. The noice from the street is loud and comes straight through the glass doors that don't close tightly. The person at reception was great and super attentive, but did not seem to be enough for the amount of traffic and requests at one time. The rooms were clean and the bedding in good condition. The hallways were dusty as if there had been some type of left over dust from remodeling.

Modern style hotel, excellent location
Modern style hotel in excellent location. I was put of this hotel by the check in, we were told we might be able to check in early and came back 20 minutes before check in time, however member of staff ignored us and was less than pleasant when he did and we had to wait till just after check in time. Other members of staff were fine. Room also did not have a balcony but we did not want to complain and wait again. Breakfast fine, swimming across the road nice, room small but bright, good air conditioner and wifi. Hotel very busy maybe problems because of this.

Carlos from Front Office has been exceptionally helpful. Guestroom is large and commands a good view of the street albeit noisy. Hotel seems to be recently re-done -- love the retro lifts but pity errant guests don't operate them properly. Guestroom floor was very dusty - could do with a good mop.

Drain in bathroom was blocked and we would get one inch of water on floor coming up from drain while having a shower. Then we got another room and the air conditioning unit was not working and one of the ceiling lights above the tv was continuously blinking as if the electric circuit was about to have a short circuit. The worst was that the elevator was going up but automatically it would go done to the ground floor. The elevator was set up so that it could never come up to the 4th floor or any other floor. So we had to walk down to the ground level from the 4th floor all the time. It was a very bad experience... we are never going back to the International Hotel in Mendoza

Room had two single beds instead of a large one, but there was a night table in between that couldn't be moved. Shower flooded after a couple minutes of constant flow of water. Nice and comfortable beds and room heat so warm (which is good) that sometimes had me turning the ceiling fan on. Breakfast was very simple (Argentinian style) and bread was not that tasty. Nice coffee, though. Overall: 3/5

We had a balcony overlooking the street, a sitting room with a sofa/bed for napping, ceiling fans. Old fashioned hotel, but pleasant. The staff gave us everything we asked for.

Greaf hotel in awesome location
The location of the hotel was in a great part of Mendoza city close to hotels and restaurants and shops. We could walk to a lot of places. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and room was spacious.

No parking lot or pool at the hotel. Non functioning air conditioner. However they did had Down syndrome staff that was super friendly and proud of their work. Rest of the staff completely cold and non helping.

Convenient to City Centre but get a front room.
I was promised a room with balcony by hotels.com. Despite showing them the booking form clearly listing "ROOM WITH BALCONY" they could not provide one. The room I was allocated was poor. There was no AC control unit or towels when I arrived. The hotel clerk finally, after half an hour, came up, took the front off the unit, and got it working. Towels arrived shortly afterwards. I WAS NOT A HAPPY HOTELS.COM CUSTOMER! However the staff were very helpful apart from the above and told me where to find local restaurants and the safest bus to the Main Bus Terminal for my trip next day to Santiago. I would recommend because, looking into a couple of front facing rooms( some with balconies) during cleaning process, they seemed better appointed than my tired room at the back. Breakfast was good.
