“Water Pressure?”

the water pressure from the shower was virtually non-existent! it took 20 minutes just to get wet! need better shower heads!

“Great stay”

The hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

great hotel bar and very nice staff.plenty of resturants within walking distance.

“Remodelling right now so not the best time to stay”

I always go to the hotel's website to check out the rooms and other areas and the pictures looked great! Once we got there we ran into renovations that made the stay uncomfortable. The staircase had the carpet pulled up and strip tack was laid down on each step, the breakfeast room was torn apart so we ate in the lobby area, and the wallpaper was being torn off in the hallways. Our room was not effected by the remodelling; however it was not properly cleaned and there were toenail clippings on the carpet. When we told the staff about the situation they came right up and cleaned it, telling us that some staff members were in a car accident lastnight so not everything was done right. In the pool area there were ants crawling around that found their way to a piece of food on the ground. All in all, I wish I could redo my choice of hotel stay for that weekend. I think the staff did a good job with customer service, but I think they should let people know about the renovations

“Adequate But Tired”

My room was appointed with the normal things one would expect to find and all was in funtioning order. It was clean and neat. That said, it was also tired. Paint on the walls was in need of touch up, the bathroom door had its skin starting to separate and nails popping. The towels could stand to be upgraded to something slightly heavier. The TV on-button took a bit to figure out since it had been pushed into the consol. The treadmill in the exercise room stopped midway through my workout for no apparent reason. The staff were all very pleasant and professional. Hopefully the ongoing upgrade will address all these little issues and ratings for the inn will only go up.

“Not impressed”

Hotel was not updated nor very clean our room smelled like it had been smoked in. On a brighter note, the Staff was attentive to our desire for an early checkout with no questions asked.

“Yuck!”

Rooms are in bad shape. They seemed dirty, damp and old. Most of the lamps/lights did not have working bulbs in them. I would advise staying somewhere else.
