Pros: Hotel was very clean, quiet and staff knowledgeable about area and very friendly.
we spent the night here and went to a Brown's game. Very easy access to highway with stadium only a 20 minute drive. Very easy and convenient way to get to downtown Cleveland.

Clean and comfortablePosted Sep 16, 2013
Pros: Comfortable bed and pillows
Cons: Sofa bed was lumpy/uncomfortable, but my son didn't seem to notice. Wish they offered free b'fast - most comparable hotels do.
Location: Near restaurants, movie theaters & Mentor Ice Arena. The team (40+) dined at nearby Hooley House (w/ advance reservations) - good restaurant/service.
Chose this hotel because it was where my son's hockey team was staying. Friendly staff, clean rooms, updated. Good value for the money.

Very convenientPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
It appears to be recently renovated. The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Had a microwave and small fridge. Bathroom was clean but one person at a time as a tad small, but for a short stay there was no problem. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Not Very Clean.Posted Dec 17, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel was under construction so the cleanliness was sub-par. The continental breakfast as poor as well. I would have to see the changes made after the renovations in order to recommend this hotel. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke.

DismalPosted Oct 10, 2012 on Hotels.com
This place is old and run down. Towels are gray...walls are beige...blah. Much better places available nearby for the same price.

Seriously outdated but they are working on itPosted Sep 14, 2012 on Hotels.com
Saw the prior ratings/warnings on this site and decided to book anyway because my first choice was full. Worked out okay. Stayed there for two nights and spent much of the day in my room also. Cleanliness varied. Bathroom was clean, but phone was pretty gross. Older carpeting, and bedspreads didn't give the best impression of cleanliness. Was quiet for the most part and the staff was helpful and professional.

It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The front entrance was either being repaired or updated, so we had to enter through a side door. First impression was not good. Carpets need cleaning or probably replaced. Stairway needs cleaning and a frest coat of paint ( very dirty and dingy) I was afraid to lay down on the Comforter. The carpet in the room was dirty as well and the lightswitches hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Airconditioner did work ( have no complaints about that.) In the middle of the night people were knocking on doors and calling out names. Not very pleasant. Would have gone elsewhere but most hotels were booked. So glad to get out of there in the morning
