“Great experience”

This hotel was very comfortable and super clean. Room was spacious and well-designed with a lovely view of the woods. All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and included several hot items, much more than your basic continental breakfast. We could not ask for more in a hotel.

“College Visit”

We were coming into the area for a college visit and needed a convenient place to stay for the evening. Finding the front door was a little difficult, but once we found it check in was easy and our room was in a very quiet part of the hotel and the bed was very comfortable, the room was very comfortable, the laundry room was an added plus since we had clothes to wash. The pool area was clean and looked very inviting. It was easy to get the big shopping mall, the bookstores and Lake Erie College from here.

We had not stayed in a Holiday Inn Express for a long time, but we were very happy with this one. The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and gave us lots of space (sitting area with couch, fridge, microwave, etc.). We were most impressed with the pool situation - this is a huge (for a hotel) pool with a ledge along one side for my young daughter to walk. The water was warm and clean. Attached to the pool was the exercise room, with a window in between. So while my husband and kids swam, I could exercise and watch them. On the other side of the exercise room was the laundry room, so I could throw a load in at the same time. We all had a great time. The only negatives: Our reservation was for 4 people, but there were only enough towels in our room for 1 person. The free breakfast was okay, but some of the cooked food (eggs, bacon, etc.) was not very good.

It was a very nice hotel, clean and attractive and nice breakfast. Nice pool and music in the hallways. The only thing was expedia had advertised the price of the suite with a sofa sleeper, and it did not have one, but they gave us a rollaway at no charge.

We traveled from Cincinnati to Cleveland for a family wedding, and we reserved 8 rooms in this hotel for our large family. The rooms were clean, wonderful and spacious, with a kitchen and living room area in each room. Very comfortable quality beds. We were running late for the wedding - the front-desk personnel were very friendly and understanding, processing our check-ins as quickly as possible so we could get to our rooms. The hotel had absolutely the BEST FRIENDLIEST cleaning staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have traveled extensively. Every member of the staff smiled and said hello to us and our children as we passed in the hallway. They made us feel very welcome and well-cared for during our stay. They were very accomodating, providing extra towels and trash bags when we needed it, and very quickly. The service was great. Continental breakfast had good variety of food, plenty of food, plenty of tables. Indoor pool was great fun for kids. McDonalds right next door, other restaurants nearby, right off the highway. Super place for families or anyone to stay.
