Maybe better in the summer?
I mean, one of the reasons we booked a more expensive room here than a cheaper room nearby was because Hotels.com said it had a pool. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and saw that they were both outdoors and covered for the winter. It would be nice for the properties to indicate that information so we can make a more informed choice. The room itself was large and comfortable, with a fantastic bed. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was dismal, every time someone walked by we could hear their conversation.

I was not aware of the Costly pet cleaning fee of $100 for my 6lb pet. More so, I was double charged on several services like internet, county bed tax, city bed tax, etc. fees were VERY high!

I am sorry that we were unable to meet your needs during your recent stay with us. I did just verify, the Pet Fee of 100 is listed under the policies tab under pets. That takes care of additional cleaning that is provided to all rooms with pets. That protects your pet as well as our guests with possible allergies. Regarding the double charges; I am unable to comment without knowing your name to pull up your receipt. That certainly concerns me so I would like to delve deeper. Please contact the hotel directly so we can review your charges.

The property is in a shopping complex so i could take a safe walk in the evenng. It is driving distance to Headlands Beach, which is an amazing walkable beach area. The room itself was clean and quiet. The bed was amazing. The free breakfast was plentiful and had vegetarian options.
