“Simple comfort for a simple price”

The Super 8 in Mentor, Ohio was as expected - merely a place to sleep and clean up after a long day driving. I have no complaints about this establishment. The only issue was an apparent permanent guest staying at the motel. I would see him at 7am when I left for the day with a beer in the parking lot, bothering me for a cigarette. Then I'd see him in the evening drunk, staggering through the parking lot again!!! Other than that it was pleasant!

“when in the area will stay again”

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel from check in to check out. Front dest people were courteous and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Room was clean and comfortable and everything was operational. Also the hotel was located with in walking distance of many good eateries. All in all had a very good stay. When I get back to that area I will stay at this hotel

“Clean and convenient”

Stayed in Super 8 Cleveland, Mentor in November for a week long business trip. The management and staff very helpful and gracious at all times. Clean rooms and clean bed linens. It was everything I needed in lodging for this trip. The location is convenient for my purposes as well.

“Good One Night Stopover”

Our only complaint was that the card access door nearest our room wasn't working. Otherwise this facility is well maintained. We have stayed there the last three years while en route for the holidays

“A bargain”

This is a good deal for what you get. The location is near many places to eat, shopping, and activities. The rooms are nice and are kept very clean. The staff are very friendly and polite. I have stayed there on several occasions and have been satisfied with my stay. I would recommend this establishment to anyone on a budget.

“Good Value”

Hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean except for the bathroom. There was some mold in the corner of the tub and a used bandaid stuck on the corner of the mirror.

Ironing board--no iron. Remote for the tv didn't work. No sign by the road to make it easy to find. Was convenient to restaurants.

“Adequate for the price”

The hotel was ok. Coffee and english muffins were available in the lobby, though there was no separate breakfast room. If there was an elevator, we weren't shown it, so we carried our luggage up to the 2nd floor. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room, but we figured out it was because our room was directly over the back door where the smokers stand. There was a recliner in the room, which is a nice touch (though ours was broken.) The bed was comfortable and the shower had a massage head and good water pressure.

“Fine”

There wasn't anything wrong with the hotel--a good bargain for the money BUT there were no outside lit-up signs. Even in the day light we had a hard time finding the name on the hotel.
