Nice hotel. Staff very friendly

This hotel has all you need for your stay. The breakfast included in the price is a plus. We were in family trip with two little ones a we have a awsome trip. Located in the historic area you can walk almost everywhere. Nuestro primer vieja a Mérida y pensamos regresar

Boutique is only in the name.

You can really tell this hotel does not belong to any chain. They need to pay attention to small details. The pillows are extremely huge and uncomfortable. They are doing some construction work next to the pool ans you cannot swim comfortably.

Casa Lucia perfect for exploring Merida centro

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: The staff, the size of the room, the proximity to the main square.
Cons: Our room, number 3, needs new paint and a good cleaning. It would also be nice if there were two chairs in the room.
Location: Directly across the street is a lovely square with above average restaurants. The main square of Merida is a five minute walk from the hotel.
We enjoyed the short walk from Casa Lucia to the main square of Merida. We had been advised to experience the Friday evening ball court demonstration and the Sunday market which take place at the main square. This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the center of Merida and its culture. The hotel is appealing from first glance. Our room was large and comfortable and clean until you look up from the bed and see large amounts of dust and cobwebs on the ceiling and hanging from the drapes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower with very nice toiletries. The staff at the front desk was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The servers in the Sobrana restaurant (attached to the hotel) were attentive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in exploring Merida. It is a good value in an excellent location. The square directly across from the hotel has at least two outstanding restaurants, Tratto and Recova. We found the quality of food and service at these to exceed anything closer to the main square.

Bien situé. Chambre gigantesque.

Tranquille. Piscine de rêve.

wonderful hotel in miserable climate

Wonderful little hotel in great location. we were there during an incredible heat wave. We spent a lot of time in the hotel. We could not stand the heat. We will never go back to Merida. I lived in Phoenix and this was comparable. I hear it is 95 on Xmas Day. It was 34 Celsius or 109 and humid in April.

Excelente

Pros: Todo.
