“restaurant & tourist booking from hotel”

restaurant has a problen ,I order omelet , potatos au gratin came almost frozen, second day order scramble egs with ham, side potatos came very watery and cold, I did not have diner in 10 day in the hotel. BUS TOURING FRON HOTEL. very poor quality only dis show 4 places in chichen-itza( i've been there before) guide interested more in selling music fron vendors.( he did miss showing thousand colluns,temple of jaguar,cenote ball court etc. idid book with expedia 2 years ago for merida) this trip very disapointed
