The hotel is walking distance to the city center, many restaurants and day and night attractions. The staff is very friendly and polite. The ambience and decore is very relaxing and confortable and quality of service is perfect.

Beautiful, but still needing to improve.Posted Jan 25, 2013
Pros: The silence, the decoration, the comfortable beds.
Cons: Not enough hot water, and lousy, non-healty breakfast.
Location: Excellent location.
The hotel would have been superb, were it not for two factors. There was not enugh hot water in the showers, and, after my complaint, they admitted the hot water deposits were too small. And, they advertised that breakfast was served, but breakfast consisted only of fattening pastry. Nothng healty. One day, they were out of orange juice, and the person in charge simply said, "there's no more," and that was that. Otherwise, the location is great, it is silent, it has a nice terrace, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, though they lack a desk for people traveling with lap tops. Wi fi is not the best at the end of the hotel either.

Nice Beds!Posted Jan 23, 2013
Taking in consideration that this is a 3 Star Hotel, the Beds are from a 5 Star Hotel. You will sleep really nice. Overall the hotel is well located, great conditions and great service.

Close to Grande PlazaPosted Jan 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Lovely small boutique hotel with very friendly and most helpful staff. Lots of art and plants, colourful, nice rooftop deck. Newly renovated, very clean - new beds and great water pressure in the shower. We loved the place - two blocks to a couple of fantastic restaurants and easy walking to the centre with music and shopping. Only coffee, juice and bread in the morning - but lovely sitting space to catch up on business or relax. Free wi-fi.
Outstanding ServicePosted Dec 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
Whats worse than food poisoning when you are traveling far from home, alone? not much. I got to this place just as my 48 hours of illness were setting in. They took such good care of me, ordered me food and were all around amazing. Hopefully, you will not need this, but dont you want to stay somewhere where if anything did happen you would have a staff who would do everything possible to make it better? Also, rooms are beautiful. The place is really just perfect.
