After reading the reviews, I was leary about staying at this hotel. The reviews were correct when talking about not enough towels. My bath towels were either ripped or stained and the one wash cloth I received was toddler sized. The sheets were also stained. In order to get assistance, I had to contact Expedia. I still did not get any towels for 9 hours after the supervisor picked them up because they had to wash and dry them. I was promised she would bring more before she went home; however the next morning I had to call and ask about the towels. The next day bath towels were towel mats without any wash cloths. I was informed that they always buy towels but somehow they leave their premises and now they do not have enough. My second night, some guests on my floor caused a huge ccommotion outside of my room at 2 a.m. which lasted for nearly an hour. They were cursing and threatening each other. I will never stay here again! Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves to have one of their hotels be ran in this manner.

Pros: The television and channels available, STAFF, comfort. I would stay there again.
Cons: A better remodeling job (you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear), replace worn furniture, and address hard to reach areas.
Location: It is out of the way if you do not know the area. I do know the area and it was no problem for me.
We checked in early; front desk man was very friendly and helpful. I explained that my wife had trouble with stairs and he found us a room on the first floor. The lobby was a surprise. Judging from the front of the office, I expected the lobby to be a small one room with just the bare minimum needed to transact business. It was very nice and roomy. A large door way opened up into an impressive breakfast area. The breakfast was adequate and just about average. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. To describe the appearance of the room, I say that it was an old room that had been dolled up. It appeared to be a motel that caters to the trucking industry. However, to be fair, the price I paid does not command a room in the Trump Towers.

Cons: replace the furniture and freshion up the wall covering
Location: many restaurants and a large mall all close by the motel
it was ok for an older motel. the comp breakfast was about the norm furniture in the room looked to be as old as the motel with the exception of newer bedding

well when i checked in the key would not work waited 20 minutes for them to fix it then when i went to get breakfast the next morning when i got back it would not work again...last time im staying there

The inn was being updated and I was not advised until I actually checked in. Work was being performed until after 10:00 pm and it was noisy. However the rooms were clean and the staff friendly.

They were completly remolding all the rooms. There was paint smell and the installation had not been installed on the door so light was visiable both day and night. They are doing a great job remolding and they have a big crew doing the job but check first to see if they have completed rennovation if not stay in another hotel. Price should have been lower due to inconvience in parking and having to put up with full remolding. they are installing all new furniture, carpet and new paint everywhere.

We booked a room here for a wedding and it was a great location for a great price. It was easy to find and very comfortable. Nothing fancy but it worked.

the staff was not very helping. since I booked the hotel on expedia they could not give a receipt with the amount after the clerk told me the general manager could. when I went to check out the next morning the manager said that she heard the clerk telling me the night before and said she was going to call my room but never did. And didn't have a printer on there computer for me to print one out. she was just not very friendly.
