It was clean, though they were short staffed. Manager was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Overall it was a nice stay, not fancy but very nice. I have scheduled another stay at same hotel in a couple of months.

Things were clean. Staff was friendly. Things for sale like snacks and drinks were priced well. No one was trying to upsale here. That was nice. The pool area could use updating. It was very hot in the area (hotter than normal) and no pool towels on the shelf. No hot tub. Nice stay overall.

I travel a lot for work and really enjoyed my stay here. I was only suppose to stay for 2 days and then move on to my next work location. But I decided to stay and travel 50 miles back and forth for work. Everything was great!!!

The breakfast was terrible! The eggs and sausage gravy were COLD!! We’ve stayed there a couple time so we can visit our elderly parents and each time it gets worse.

Toilet is loose and about to break free of its mooring. Heater is so loud we opted to turn it off and open the window (1st floor in late November). Breakfast was dismal. Surprisingly bad considering the reviews that had been left prior to our arrival.

We were in town visiting family. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet with the exception of the noise from the heater. Overall everything was fine.

Overnight Stay for Bowling Tournament
We really enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone. It was clean, the room had plenty of space for us and our things. The only downside was that we were on the 2nd floor and bringing our bowling equipment upstairs was a little inconvenient as the stairs were fairly steep.

Terrible I booked a handicapped room with a walk in shower, I didn't receive it, they only have one room even tho when I booked the room it stated that's what I was getting but, I got one with a tub and I couldn't take a shower. And the hotel agent basically said too bad, he was difficult to understand and when I had him call the hotel's owner he did not speak in English but, Indian south Asia so I couldn't understand what he was saying. I would never again stay there or recommend it to anyone. The staff and owner were rude and unhelpful. Plus the handicapped room I had was almost to the end of hotel's hall and closest exit in case of an emergency was not handicapped accessible.

This is the second time we stayed there that the air conditioner didn't work. We have stayed at this motel several times because we have relatives in Merrill. Usually the people checking you in are really friendly. This last time the man working just did his job. We like the clean and well equipped rooms.

Hotel was lacking.
The hotel was adequate. The room was clean but very small. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Biscuits and gravy ok but biscuits were dry. Small yellow disks I think were supposed to be omelets?? No meat. Breakfast area was not very clean.

Sheets had no elastic to stay on mattress, I had to pull them over the mattress corner 3 times. An extremely bright light outside kept our room very light all night, showed over the top of the black out drapes, Pillows are so bad they had intents in the middle. Will not stay here again, had to initial a check in page for the rate which wasn’t posted on the page so I added it and he tried to tell me not to do that, also wanted to charge for the safe, I put N.A., we were unto with the check in.

This property is an excellent deal. Very clean rooms and conveniently located right off the highway. Finding a hotel that includes a swimming pool and breakfast for this price is rare. The breakfast is very basic so don't get your hopes up too high. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars are little details that need to be attended to, like squeaky doors, unfilled holes where the shower rod was moved, loose locks on the windows. None of these are major concerns but they do give the property a little bit of a shabby vibe.

Stay was great minus the fact that you have to go ask for everything you need including toilet paper as if you stay more then 1 day they dont check your room. Garbage didnt get emptied for 3 days, and there was never staff at the front desk.

The room was very nice and clean. Short staffed so no housekeeping daily. We stayed 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. Had to go to the front desk to ask for the in room coffee pods each day. The breakfast was ok but not kept full. Juice ran out on Saturday and never refilled. Expected better from a Cobblestone.
