“Great Night”

We rented a room to get away, just for the night. We needed a break, and it was great! We spent some time in the pool and a lot of time in the hot tub. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The staff was all friendly. It was a very relaxing night

““A nice place to stay"”

The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. The hotel staff was excellent. Hotel staff accommodated me even i was late doe Breakfast. Everyone was very nice. Indoor pool Heated was nice and clean. Best western inn and suites, Merrill ville has all the amenities likes Hot tub, Spa, Free Parking, Coffee, Internet. I would stay here again.

“High Hospitality, but insufficent Breakfast”

Best Hotel as middle class hotel.

“Convenient location, Pool & Hot tub perfect temp”

Nice motel. Pool was heated to a pleasant tempature. Hot tub ok, unusual jet system, but great tempature nice and hot as a hot tub should be. Breakfast was good also. Very convenient location to shopping and dining options. Without question we would stay there again.

“Best Western Merrillville, IN”

Room was clean but the decor and TV were dated and could use an upgrade.

“It'll Work!”

We selected this hotel because of its location and for that reason it was satisfactory. Overall, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was a good value. BUT....Our room was not ready upon arrival (after the check in time) and there was a strong odor of old cigarettes that lingered in the room throughout our stay - which was especially noticable in the bathroom (even thought there was a sign on the door stating the room was a non-smoling room).

“adequate but not great”

The pool was filled but not heated. They offered the motel 6 pool across the street. No thanks. The breakfast was not as nice as other Best Westerns I have stayed at. It was not terrible but not up to standard either.

“Not a very good stay”

Not a clean hotel room at all. Small, not very clean, I would not re-book if given the chance. I would not recommend.
