This was probably one of the worst Comfort Suites I’ve stayed in. Check in was awful. I booked a 2 queen rm for 5. They gave me a King, then told me I had to pay extra even though I showed my reservation. Shady business tactics. Expedia credited my account to make it right. Rooms were a bit dirty. Bed was lumpy. Hot-tub had stuff floating in it. Ugh.

The sheets on our bed are dirty, the TV only carries 12 channels, the room looks like it was not fully remodeled and is in disarray. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at.

We didn’t even check in. The hotel was dirty. The staff was ridiculous! I cancelled within the 24 hr time period and they didn’t refund my money back. Instead they charged me for a night my family didn’t even stay. I would NOT recommend this hotel!!

Front desk guy was very rude when we arrived Friday and Saturday and acted like it was too much to help us. Everyone else was great and very helpful. Pool and hot tub was good. They are both are heavy with salt. Breakfast was good. The are around the hotel was nice and lots for food place.

Probably wont stay again.
Upon check-in the male associate was extremely rude and wouldnt listen to what I was saying. House keeping does not do a good job cleaning rooms. Toilet doesnt work well and when you ask to have someone to come fix it the reply is you can do it yourself. You werent allowed to change the tv in lobby from news to watch the big football game as a group. Breakfast food was cold. Took the associate forever to get us pool towels.

Clean & friendly but could use minor improvements
Front desk staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. A lamp in the "living room area" didn't work and we couldn't hear any audio on some TV channels and some were fuzzy and hard to see. The breakfast layout had a lot of options but the sausage on the second morning made my fiance sick unfortunately. Overall, we would return but the room maintenance could be improved.

Our room was okay, it wasn't filthy but wasn’t the cleanest either. The bathroom had only 2 towels and were out of clean ones when asked for more. The breakfast was very limited.

I had alright experience. My family arrived and checked in and was given our room key. Upon entering into the room I noticed that it was a single bed and I had reserved a double bed. Went back to let the service clerk know and he proceeded to say that I only paid for a single bed, and that I needed to pay more for double bed. Why when I made reservations for a double. That didn’t make sense. So after going back and forth he finally gave me a room with double beds. Went to that room and OMG!!!…and it was under construction. Dust all in the bathroom on the counters and a huge mirror leaning against the wall. Went back down to the front desk and asked for my money back. He stated he couldn’t because the manger was the only person who could give the refund and he wasn’t there. I asked if he could contact the manger so he could come and give the refund. So he said no no I can make it right and he gave us a family room. So we was satisfied with that. But the room was clean but the air conditioner was loud. Breakfast was ok. It was an ok experience. I won’t stay here again.

We ended up checking no sooner than we checked in. The room smelled horrible and mold was on the walls. I couldn’t stay there for obvious health reasons and being highly allergic to mold. The service desk person wanted to give us another room but I told him if there’s water damage in one room there could be in any room. I asked for a refund and he did in fact give us a full refund. Also the room was not very clean and the bathroom was not clean at all.

i didn"t like the "Guest Laundry Rm" located on the 2nd floor.It required coins which was fine,but there was nothing to provide the coins needed to utilize,the machine.If possible you might want to add,another alrternative,option to the Guests.Thanks!

Don’t waste your time or money!
The staff in general was ok. The guy working on Thursday night was HORRIBLE. He accused us of having a party because one of my daughters brought a gift for my granddaughter (due to missing her bday 2 days earlier). He made all my family (we had 3 rooms and 9 people) uncomfortable yelling at us and accusing us of ridiculous things. He followed us around harrassing us making sure that my guests “did not use any hotel services” in his words. The pool had 3 times the amount of chemicals it needed and burned my grandkids. The ladder was rotted through and caused a major gash on my sons leg and the breakfast was VERY subpar. Don’t waste your money at this place!
