it was a nice stay, a lot of things in our room were stained. the shelf was leaning off the wall, and there was brown sticky stuff underneath our bed around the whole bottom of the frame.

I had two room. Both needed work but 301 was the worst! The cabinets didn’t lose all the way, the chair went down Everytime you sat in it, one of the lights as missing a cover, there were ants in the bathroom, a dead bug or something on a towel, the free breakfast was poor. You can hear everything that’s happening in the halls. I will never stay here again!

The property was not to the standard I've seen with other Country Inn and Suites. The bed was great but pillows small especially for king bed. the condition of the room was in disrepair and needs work. cracks in drywall, stains in the tub, caulk needs replaced, tub drain slow and shower head poor stream, floors in hallway were not vacuumed. We had missing light fixtures, lamp shades, light bulbs, and curtains in the room. Other lightbulbs were unscrewed. There was a flood light that shone in the room all night due to the lack of curtains. Very disappointed.

You get what you pay for! The rooms were half cleaned with wrinkled bedding, old out of shape pillows, and no blankets. We were provided only one set of towels. The front desk clerk was not at the desk. We waited 20 minutes to check-in. Breakfast was skimpy. By 8:30 am, you were only able to make a waffle and have stale coffee. We were told at check-in there would be no housekeeping. I guess the reason for half cleaned rooms and limited availability of linens. This property has gone down since my visit a few years back.

We stayed here in the past, but it felt like this time, it didnt feel right. Was not a good selection of breakfast. Felt the room was not the cleanest, bed looked like the sheets were not changed. Requested more towels, never got them, had to get them myself hours later. Why is it only 2 sets of towels in a double room? Front desk lady made me feel uncomfortable thinking i was not staying there with no apology. Probably wont pick this Country Inn and Suites again when I travel home.

Well first off I stayed there in 2021 it was under another management then it was clean wall wasn’t looking dirty elevator wasn’t smelling grounds wasn’t smelling of urine walls peeling a had a dirty tampon sitting on a shelf in the room by the couch area by the door sitting chair it was red it was so filthy and the couch had crumps on the couch walls was dirty peeling it’s sad how things just be let go cause now it’s under another new manager and it’s not the same when I stayed in 2021 hallway was cold and it smelled

When we got to our room at midnight the heat was not on and the temp in the room was 59 degrees. It did warm up but was very cold and unwelcoming when we got there. Also, the shower head was not great!

The property is not as advertised. The room was not clean. The refrigerator was dirty, the room was Smokey, and they even ran a machine after reported and it was still Smokey. The front doors did not work and we had to manually open them on slippery floors and almost fell multiple times.

Little tricky to get to the location due to some man hotels and little side streets near by. Good value for the room and property. Came for just a quick overnight stay. Very clean room, firm and comfortable bed. I came on a very cold night and I was able to adjust the thermostat to my liking and ask for heavier and warmer blankets from the front. Did not partake in breakfast.

Smelly location
Hands down the most disgusting location I have stayed at. The overwhelming smell upon entering the facility was bad. Only to be surpassed by the 10 x worse smell in the room to cigarette smoke. The linens were dirty. The floors had bugs on them. The sink and mirror were still covered in spit and toothpaste and a bottle of liquor was left by the heater. If we hadn’t arrived at midnight I wouldn’t have stayed. So incredibly disgusted by Country Inn which until know was a go to location.

Probably stay somewhere else
Software failure upon sign in. Was tols my card was declined for incidentals even though the card reader said "accepted". I now have 4 pending charges for incidentals in my bank account. When I went to check in they tried to charge me for the room....which was actually cheaper than my hotels.com rate where I was supposedly "saving" money. Room needs improvements. Shower temperature about scalded my kids it was so sensitive to adjustment. Breakfast was good quality, and the pool was clean and nice for the kids.

The first room we were offered smelled like marijuana. They gave us a new room, and although it smelled fine, there was black mold on the ceiling it was pretty dirty in the corners and such. The breakfast was sub-par with stale bread, bagels, and muffins that had obviously sat out for days. The staff was kind and accommodating, but the maintenance on the buildings and cleanliness were obviously poor and disappointing.

First, the room was not the cleanest. Coming up the hall I smelled marijuana. My room was directly in front of staff cleaning closet so it was CONSTANT noise. The person next to me had so much going on it was RIDICULOUS!!! Kids screaming, doors slamming, bumping. I contacted front desk and nothing was done. If u are a traveler looking for rest, THIS IS NOT THE PACE FOR U AND ITS NOT CLEAN!!! Hard bed, dingy towels. It was a HORRIBLE experience.

First room toilet didn’t flush, outlets didn’t work nor the USB’s. No longer have alarm clocks, they think everyone has a smartphone. They do offer wake up calls but phone is in another room and if you’re deaf you can’t hear it. Breakfast? I’m diabetic so no sugar free anything. Other hotels at least have sugar free syrup.
