Great location just outside of Chicago!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great value and service. There were fresh cookies in the lobby when we arrived and a hot breakfast in the morning before departure. We booked it not knowing the chain and woukd definitely seek them out again. It was a very pleasant surprise!

Pros: nothing
Cons: getting a hot tub
Location: there is a mall and candy factory
wanted to be upgraded due to false pictures but they would not would not stay here again

Family trip with kids. Needed room for the night. Good price for quality but the room air conditioner did not cool room too well.

Pros: Staff friendly upon arrival.
Worn out and in need of an upgrade- doors that were unhinged, no hanger bar in closet, poorly working air conditioner, carpets that needed cleaning.

Pros: Convenience and price
The hotel is conveniently located off of the interstate. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The area had a myriad of dining options.

great hotel for the price

We had a great experience. This was our first time staying at a Country inn and suites and were very happy with the service. Within a few minutes of checking in we received a call fromthe front desk aasking if everything was ok. Fresh cookies in thw lobby (kids loved that and the free breakfast was excellent. I was expecting only cereal bagels and waffles, but they also had french toast eggs and sausage. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel HELL for non-smokers!!

Pros: The very first night there, the front desk girl was very polite and kind. There is nothing else I liked about this hotel.
Cons: Get rid of the Manager and maybe some changes could be made to make this a better hotel
If you want to have a even a decent experience, DON'T STAY HERE! Paid $90 a night to have to breath cigerette smoke like if someone was standing in our room smoking. Informed the front desk who did nothing about it even after smelling it themselves. I don't know if the fact that they are foreigners has anything to do with it but their customer service sucks!! I asked to be transferred to a different room since they couldn't do anything about it. I did not receive a room change, in fact they did nothing at all and even refused to refund my money for the one night that was from hell. Manager kept saying "I don't know how this could have happened" like if I was lying about the smoke. There breakfast is sickening (that's being generous) with the exception of the waffle. Honestly, for the money there are many, many, many other hotels out there better than this one!

Not a good Experience

1. took 20 minutes to check in 3.Went to room but couldn't get in because he couldn't program the keys correctly 4. Tried to turn on TV but couldn't get it to function. The remote had a tag that was homemade that said it was for RCA TV's only and the TV was a LG. Had to run to the service desk again and they gave me a new remote. 5. Remote worked to change channels but there was no movie channel ( HBO ) as stated all over the advertising in the room 6. had to flip thru channels manually because any program guides that were there were not even close to what was on the unit 7. the bathroom had mold in the corner of the bath tub 8. the shower curtain was dirty and had some light green substance all over it 9. The bathroom door on the backside had all kids of dirt or something rubbed all over it 10. was outside smoking and the lot lights went out at around 5am their time leaving the lot where my vehicle was completely dark 11. the lights over the entry door were all out 12. went to their complementary breakfast and they had French toast. Took a few pieces and went to get syrup but it had several long hairs stuck to the packages, went to eat them and the toast was hard as a rock. Figured I would just get some milk but they were out of that too. 13.went to check out, took a little while and the guy looked like he was having problems figuring out the computer, after all that he didn't even ask how the stay was- go figure
