Good if all you're looking for is cheap sleepPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: The heating system was very quiet.
Cons: Need more comfortable beds - was like sleeping on plywood.
Location: Convenient to shopping and dining
If all you want is cheap sleep, then this is ok. The beds are hard. The "breakfast included" is nothing more than a few donuts, orange juice, and coffee. The indoor pool was not heated - made for an uncomfortable swim.

the hotel clerk was back taking a nap when we went to check out. Someone else who didn't know how to check out was the one checking out

Ok for the moneyPosted Nov 17, 2014
Hard to find anyone at front desk. Gave us attitude when asked for more towels as there were two towels in room and there where 3 of us in room. Breakfast was out of milk, coffee, juice every morning . Had to ask for them to be filled.

Okay for the pricePosted Nov 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
For the price and location, it was okay. The downfall to the hotel is that the floors were dirty, the furniture in my room was very warn. It should have been thrown out. With w few cleaning details, zit would have been much more enjoyable. I should not have had to do a little cleaning myself.

Great for a one night stayPosted Nov 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Just using this hotel for a few hours rest while traveling to chicago to see a friend. For the price from hotels.com it was worth the money. The only problems i had was the tv didnt work. And there was only one wash rag. If i was there longer i would complain, but it was a good choice

Needs better servicePosted Nov 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
Upon arrival it took at least 10 minutes to get service at front desk. The free breakfast was a laugh. Toaster did not work, the same bagels were there for all 3 days and stale, no milk, just cereal, nothing else. Even went early incase we missed the great breakfast--still nothing there. Always had to hunt down the front desk. We were told they had to do everything in motel, laundry, refreshments, etc. The best part was that the room was clean and the beds were good.

Time-worn propertyPosted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: location, price
Cons: general maintenance and repairs have been neglected. It is not beyond repair, but needs some TLC and professional skilled tradespeople.
This property was probably quite nice when it was first built (1980s?) but time and use has taken its toll. Maintenance inside and out has been neglected, and where some of it was done it was not done well. The breakfast was basic at best. Having said that, we were passing through and arrived at 11:00pm and were back om the road again first thing in the morning. We were looking for a warm bed where we could stretch out and get a few hours' sleep - and this room filled this basic need. You get what you pay for - and in this case, we did. It was okay.

NASTYPosted Nov 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
We have been staying here for about 2 years now and it gets worse and worse each time. We were so disappointed this past time that the next time we go to the area we will not stay here again.
