Pros: the location, very close to the concert venue
Cons: This hotel needs a deep detail cleaning, because I'm an inspector by trade, I was able to determine some of the work that is needed.
Location: I was impressed with the shopping and as I indicated above, the concert venue was just across the street.
We arrived and checked-in rather quickly, once we stepped off of the elevaor I was shocked at the smell of some over used air freshner. There was a beeping regarding a battery needing replacement. The ice machine was out of order on our floor as well as a missing vending machine on our floor. Once I went to one of the other floors for ice I noticed a few vending machines that were'nt located on my floor. Overall appearance was clean, but very dark and dingy, I'm sure to hide flaws. We only stayed over night, I dought if we'll ever return. This hotel was missing some important ammenities such as an exercise room.

Thank you for taking the time to give our hotel feedback on your previous stay with us! Unfortunately, our ice machine just recently went down on our 2nd floor so I apologize if it was any inconvenience to go to another floor to get ice. We only have a vending machine located on our third floor as well as our market store located on the first floor. I know you mentioned that our hotel was lacking some necessities. However we do have a fitness center on our first floor level with some cardio machines and free weights. If you are in the area again please give us another try! Thank you again for your feedback!

Fairfield inn

The bed was thin and saggy, a/c/heater was very noisy. The worst noise was the partying going on in our hallway until 5 am. Poor desk clerk was helpless. We selected this place because of price, but we should have gone elsewhere. Never going there again.

Pros: Close to relatives we were visiting.
Cons: See above.
This was possibly the smallest room I have ever stayed in!The room was not cleaned(towels were put back on the rack,hair was still on the floor after the girls were there to clean,staff (most) were very unprofessional,talking between themselves in loud voices,etc.

Nice hotel close to Star Plaza

Staff was friendly. Room was nice but could have been a little bigger. The breakfast was surprisingly great. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel had some maintenance problem not sure what the problem was but we could not enter the front entrance was block off had to enter in the rear very inconvenient considering it was raining also noticed part of the hotel was sealed in plastic near the front desk. THAT HOTEL I WOULD RATE IT AS A 2 .I will not stay in that hotel again, we also had several other guest who stayed who also said they would never stay there again.Bad business.

Thank you for your feedback Tandy. Unfortuately do to the extreme cold weather conditions the hotel had pipe burst in our front entrance area. We tried our best not to inconvienence any of our guests, but for the safety of our guests, we had no choice but to close down our front entrance. Hopefully you and your friends will give us another try if you are in the area again.

Needs an Overall

Overall, the stay was nice because of the friendly staff. We did not think the cleanliness of our room was good. The white sheer curtains were very dirty, there was a huge spot in the carpet which did not look very clean. The breakfast was a little stale, the eggs were lukewarm and the sausage were overdone. We have stayed at many Fairfield Inns, this one could use an overall.
