Hotel was nice. Small pool n pool area but best was hotel staff. Jamie at front desk was awesome.

Everyone I met while staying at the Hilton Garden in Merrillville made me feel like a VIP! Personal care and service started with Jaimee and Delbert, who took the time to make sure my medical needs were met (allergies.). Jaimee also became a friendly and familiar "coming home" face as I left and returned during my stay. The dining staff had a very pleasant,hot nourishing breakfast buffet that remained well-stocked to the very last minute. Checking out was a breeze! I will look forward to my next stay there!!!

Weekend Stay for Notre Dame Football Game

Cons: The mattress on the bed closest to the window was a bit lumpy.
The location was good. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. But, the Victory over Michigan was the sweetest part.

Overall, a very comfortable and clean hotel. Decor looks new and the hotel staff was very friendly. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The only challenge was location, the traffic was very heavy due to proximity to the mall.

Quiet and clean hotel. Convenient location.

Pros: Location. quiet and clean
Cons: Pillows
Location: Lots of good shopping and restuarants.
Visiting family in the area. Discounted price seemed appropriate, but not worth the full price that was posted. Very quiet and was clean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were to be desired. Checkout at 12 noon was convenient instead of having to be out at 11:00. Would stay again.

Close to all the shops and restarants.

Pros: Friendless of staff and the cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing I can think of now.
Location: By the malls and other clothing stores and many restaurants.
I stayed one night and it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable bed where you can set your side for firmness or softness. The rooms had microwaves and refrigerator for your use. Overall the atmosphere and the look of the hotel was stunning. Very clean and I would stay there again.

Top of the line place all the way around!

We can't say enough good about this place! It is extremely clean,the staff was so personable,and you really do feel like your right at home. As busy parents,always on the go,we had the best nights sleep on the hotel bedding! It was heaven!!!!! The breakfast was lovely as well! We would stay again,and highly recommend this place to anyone

Maintenance score was scored lower only due to one of the two elevator was out of order and caused for lengthly wait times during my whole stay. The rest of the condition and maintenance was a 4.

Nice, but no breakfast & cold hot tub
