“Great hotel.”

Bed was a little hard, otherwise everything was excellent.

If you book your stay through a 3rd party, such as Expedia, and you'd like a nonsmoking room, you have to call to make sure they will be able to accommodate you (a normal thing with a 3rd party booking). When I found out that a nonsmoking room was not guaranteed without checking directly with the hotel first, the staff was very accommodating and transferred me and my family to another room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A great stay!

“Worth staying”

Our room was across from the swimming pool, so basically no privacy at all. The fitness center is by far the best of all the hotels I have visited thus far.

This Hotel was AWESOME!!!!!!! The people at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. There Restaurant was great. The area surrounding the Hotel was also nice!!! A great place to stay..Merillville, Indiana go and enjoy yourself!!!

“Good but two comments”

Direct TV was out so we missed the opening ceremonies and next two days of the Olympics. Somehow it was working first thing Monday morning. The AC was great except is it loud. Especially bad as it switched on and off at night. So I had to set it to run all the time.

Friendly staff although there was no explanation about breakfast upon arrival. I came down to go to breakfast with my mother and realized the hotel had breakfast.

Check in was great. I decided to stay an extra day and was advised to use their computer room to go back on expedia to book a room for an additional night as it would be cheaper. I thought that was great for him to assist me with what was best price for me...the customer. Make the customer happy, they come back. Everything was clean, pleasant and convenient to highway, shoppin, entertainment, and food and drinks. Friendly staff as well. Highly recommend.
